Commercial Rent Review Types

Under Tenancy/Lease and Rent/Next Rent Review, would you please add the type of review for commercial tenants, i.e. Market, CPI, Fixed Increase. This also needs to be available on reports and in mail merge fields

    the ability to add multiple rent review dates for commercial tenants so the whole term is accounted for instead of just the next one would be beneficial.

    section in lease information to be able to put lease term plus option period and also the review method without having to do a print out

    Using 'groups and tags' as a workaround at the moment. Would be great to also have 'Lease option' i.e 2 x 2 lease
