Ability to edit an email merge template before sending
When doing a bulk mail merge, whether email or letter, we want to be able to edit the text before it's sent. Currently it's really time consuming having to alter the template itself prior to the merge and then change the template back again. This is primarily to enter a breach date for arrears

The ability to edit a mail merge and add documents if wanted before sending.
Currently you are not able to add individual documents or edit the wording if you wish too when using a mail merge.This would be super helpful
