Compact owner statements should show the full address
The compact owner statement template needs to show the full property address including the suburb. At present it only says the street address and number. This has been questioned by brokers when owners are re-financing.

We're pleased to announce that this is part of our December release. A property index showing the full property address of active properties for that ownership will now display at the end of the Compact Ownership Statement.

The monthly owner statements should show the full address of the property including suburb and postcode instead of being cut off

Agree, Accountants and Brokers are advising that they need the suburb and landlords are asking for the suburb to be added and re-issued.

Suburb should appear on owner statement compact eg: 6 Doveton Crescent, Soldiers Hill. Not just 6 Doveton Crescent.
Owners who re-finance, their lending provider requires proof of rental income and the compact statements do not have the SUBURB.This really needs to be added on the statement.
