You need to be able to lock a user from their log ins when they are terminated. Having to change everything out of their name to revoke their access is painful and sometimes not possible to do quickly, it leaves the company very vulnerable to data theft from exited employees if you're not quick enough to edit all the properties and inspections, etc. You should be able to just temporarily lock their account (like all other real estate programs we use allows) so it can be done super quickly and then you can reorganise the user assigned and then remove the user completely when that's done. Assigning all the inspections to another user is not always possible straightaway and really annoying because for example I have a staff member that has left on the Friday, and our replacement starts on the Monday and I want to assign everything from the exited to the new starter but I can't do that because they haven't created their account in PT yet, and if I assign to another user in the team then I can't bulk reassign them back to the new user when they start because our other users all have their own inspections under their names, which means to remove her access I need to reassign to someone else and then come Monday I will need to go through and individually take inspections out of another user and change them over to the new user because I can't bulk reassign due to needing the other user to keep their inspections. The whole process is painful and could be solved with a simple "Lock" button to protect the business and allow the reassigning at a more coinvent time.

The current process to revoke access is painful, we also have no way to permanently delete users - this process time and action time can leave our business at risk.

Having a smoother process to revoke and the option to permanently delete - would be great for us as a user.
