  1. The SSO update is intended to improve security and ease access; but, every time we add ownership or a creditor, we must input an OTP. Assume we add 10 ownerships/creditors per day, means we must also generate 10 OTPs.

    Code takes too long to arrive at times and is quite time consuming. Instead of always entering OTP, I believe we should have the choice to verify once and trust a device without constantly inputting OTP.

  2. Ability to create your own customised reports using data already recorded and export the data into Excel. This is extremely helpful when providing Landlords tenancy schedules or others personalised information.

  3. When selecting which owners to pay, it would be great to have a column which shows what the tenants actual rent amount is. The amount and pay cycle (EG $500 weekly or $1000 fortnightly etc).

  4. The ability to restrict users from being able to edit ownership details without prohibiting them from being able to upload documents against owner profiles. The two security measures are currently linked under the one option in the security configuration.

    In addition being able to restrict access from users being able to delete documents without prohibiting them from being able to upload documents.

    Overall an overhaul of the security provisions is required to be able to allow better supervision over changes in Property Tree.

  5. We have an international commercial client, who have different departments in different parts of the planet paying different elements of their monthly invoices.

    If one department eg water bill is late or questions the amount the total monthly invoice is not paid on time

    It would be helpful for us split the monthly invoice into two
    one invoice for base rent and the other for all variable out goings.

    At the moment system won`t allow us to split rent and variables out going into two invoices,. instead we must provide separate invoice for each variable out going.

  6. The matching of payment references to tenancies needs to be more intuitive. We need tenants to be able to put a descriptive word in their payment reference so that it is clear what the payment is intended for and there is no confusion where it should be allocated. Especially if the payment is for something other than rent, its important for them to be able to add a descriptive word in the payment reference such as "water" or "bond".   7. It’s currently not possible to sync a report from MRI Inspect to PT on the same day.

    However, it’s common practice to conduct an inspection and complete the report on the same day.

    Please enhance the feature providing users the ability to complete their jobs as efficiently as possible.

Under Tenant/Lease & Rent Tab/Bond & Deposits section, we would appreciate being able to change the REQUIRED amount to be the same as the HELD BY AUTHORITY amount where there has been a rent decrease and partial bond refund back to the tenant paid by the Rental Bond Authority. At the moment all we can do is add the amount of the DIRECT REFUND and make notes in the DESCRIPTION but are unable to change the REQUIRED amount.   11. Please create a log with dates, times and recipients for maintenance jobs.

    At the moment the only info that is provided is the date the job was created. Nothing to show if/when it was sent and if you resend the job as a reminder and confirmation it was received. We also do not get notified if the email fails to send to the intended recipient.

  12. RRP able to update the account their rent is paid into via the owner app with 2FA, to avoid having to call the office.

  13. ABN spot owners and tenants be reformatted to show like this with the spaces: 11 222 333 444 so we can copy & paste direct from the ABN search website. At the moment as it's formatted 11222333444 and cuts off the last 2 numbers when copy & pasted

  15. New bond work flow updates are great, however to enable us to meet the requirements of the Act in providing the required notice for the Bond Top up in Automated Communication a Bond Top Due Date and the ability to set automation on the rent increase date not just prior would be required.

  16. Is it possible to have a widget on the agency panel for un lodged bonds? For example when a bond is receipted, it will appear with the address of the property and how many days it was receipted. Once the bond is lodged with the bond admin, the property disappears. This would be very useful to licensees.

  18. To be able to enter management fees as a flat fee. - IE. we have stakeholders that pay their management fees quarterly and annually.

    We currently enter this in as a (manual) fee and then have to label each stakeholder whereas if it was an option to have a non-percentage flat fee this would also allow us to capture this in our fees reporting each month/year.

    Currently it is very manual to capture this for reporting purposes.

    "Amount held in trust" - especially as some buyers over pay the expected agreed upon deposits

  20. Is it possible to filter auto arrears notices by $'s ie: if a tenant say short pays by $0.30, after 7 & 14 days they will receive an auto arrears notice to pay. We would like an option to filter notices over a certain amount?
