  3. The property details section should have the option to include theatre/study so when looking at the property card for rent reviews/advertising, it is easy so see these additional features rather than just 4 beds, 2 baths, 2 cars.

  5. In instances where the outgoings are charged to a commercial tenant including management fees. Need to be able to enter the management fee based on a percentage of the rent rather that a flat fee. At the moment work around is to charge LL and then create an outgoings reoccuring.
    But need to amend this every year upon rent review.

  6. Ability to customise reports by adding particular reports for instance with the rent review reports when selecting a list of the properties that have never had a rent increase we can't see an original lease date field or lease end field that we can then sort and filter down to the relevant properties.

    The filters on some reports aren't working in particular the original lease start date filter and the column doesnt show on the report.

  7. To remove the ability of the renter to change the Routine inspection date in their comms via the portal. We are unable to use the automated reminders due to this. This would save us so much time as we are having to remind our renters of the inspection times. Thank you

  9. It would be extremely beneficial to have storage cage/units as a property detail in addition to the other attributes such as beds, baths and car spaces etc. This could be signified by an icon or even the word 'storage'

  10. At the moment the portal communications are only accessible via the envelope tab. It would be very helpful to have the comms saved in several locations in Property Tree, i.e. under the tenant/ owner tab

  11. We have multi owners who just see that they have received a payment in their bank statement. Several have asked if the property address can appear there so they know which one the payment is for. It is not currently possible to configure this.

  13. It would be great to have an alert on the tool bar that tells you when you have items in invoice genius, important for when you don't use it every day and someone is trying to communicate with you.

  14. Under the Tenancy preview, financial tab / Recent Transaction please change the date that appears on this screen to the date the invoice was paid not the date entered. We dont need to know when entered but if tracking payment history need to see what date they paid. Sometime not the same if a weekend between entering.

  15. Ability to have water meter readings automatically updated on the property profile when processing water usage tenancy invoices through Invoice Genius.

    Invoice Genius can process water usage from eBills with the tenancy invoice description reflecting the meter readings. However, this does not currently feed through and update on the water usage section of the property profile. This should be automated where the meter readings are updated on the property profile once the water usage is invoiced.

  16. Increase invoice field description to be longer than string with a maximum length of 255. Alternatively add a message with clear instructions automatically limiting their character limit.

  17. It would be ideal if we could create an I & E statement from the ownership - actions as one offs. Currently you need to go to create I & E and cannot select one owner until you have searched all owners.
    Ownerships that end during the year due to sales or family returning to property, need these statements sometimes early or I like to create them when archiving the property and then its done and finalised.
