  2. Some properties have access codes as well as keys. There is only a space for a key number. Can you add an option for codes.

  3. Please create a section to duplicate properties. e.g. one owner with 20 units all on one property instead of entering every unit one by one.

  5. When generating new REI forms through the tenant card, most documents have to be renamed before they can be sent out due to invalid characters, this should be part of the integration and is just one extra step that we shouldn't have to do. I've also noticed that when generating MA's through REI forms it doesn't pick up all owners names & they have to be added manually.

  6. Sales Statements provide a lack on information on them. I have just paid a Solicitor funds as Stakeholder but when I generated the statement, which should also be stored as a Statement, the Statement shows the Vendor as the Payee. The Statement does not show who the money was actually paid to, nor the reason for it eg Settlement, Stakeholder or anything else. Nor can we see entered bank details for the payee when preparing the final statement which is extremely important to check off.

  7. The last reconciliation should be able to be deleted or edited so any error such as the date can be corrected, not for any reconciliatons prior to this.

  8. Improve the search function to search all data. If I enter a suburb, bring it up. I hate that I have to type in the entire address. Or a tenant or owner surname, again I have to type the entire name. Other software you can type anything in the data and it searches. Any part of a name, address, code or even mobiles.

  9. Daily Tenant Download Report - Automatically Sent to Management Staff.
    I have a staff member conducting our daily bank reconciliation and doing the tenant download report. It would be great if there was a feature to send the tenant download report automatically to our management staff.

  10. Would like to be able to see a note against the tenant/invoice that is pinned - For example, when invoicing a creditor (such as SA WATER) andinvoicing a tenant at the same time, the notes that is pinned does not show. This only shows if you are creating a tenancy invoice.
    Can the pinned note appear against the tenancy????

  11. When you exit communications if it could stay on that page where you are up to instead of refreshing Home, becoming frustrating when you have to open the communication to check if thats the email you are looking for.

    OR better way to search communications.

  12. When a new tenant is entered it automatically generates the first inspection date but doesnt automaticaly assign the inspecting agent to this inspection. We would like it to be automatically assigned when this date is populated as it often gets missed unless we do the report for the unassigned inspections.

  13. Create a report so that a department head (administrator) can search for arrears which are suspended indefinitely. This would be highly valuable as suspended arrears can compromise the legal position of an agency if serious tenant default occurs, and can compromise the owner's insurance position.

  15. It would be fantastic if the tags under the Property, Tenancy and Landlord Profile could be hyperlinked so take you to all properties/tenancies/landlords listed with that tag

  16. We would love the ability to choose the frequency of an owner statement dependent on our owner's requests. Eg. we have owners that only want 1 statement per month, but want a mid-month and end of month payment, so receive 2 statements, and other owners that are happy to receive 2 statements per month. This selection could be saved on the owner profile so when processing the owner payments, it would only need to be run once and Property Tree would know the owner preferences.

  17. When a tenancy is vacating and you select 'lease break', a label shows up at the top of the tenancy profile, which is good; however, once the move out date has been reached, the label changes to 'vacated'. Is there anyway 'lease break' can remain there as well?

  19. Most agencies use Agentbox, can propertytree please link to Agentbox and upload all current and new owners every 24hrs like mailchimp.

  20. I am an electrical contractor. Some of our customers use PropertyTree, some use other programs.
    With Property Tree the creditor statements come through as a link to the PDF in the email body rather than a PDF attached to the email like other programs like Property Me do.
    Because Property Tree creditor remittance emails do not have an attached PDF we have to manually download the PDF and then on-send into our accounting software. With other propgrams we can auto-forward without the need to do it manually.
    Can you please provide your customers with an option to send the creditor…
