  1. There is currently an Automated Arrears Notices in place with Days After.
    It would be great to be able to set up Automated Rent Reminder with the ability to send "Days Before"

  4. It would be great to have the option to either CC or BCC the staff member in any Auto Communications sent out, or even create an auto generated email summary of all communications sent off for the day.

  10. When you open a email in communications where there are multiple replies, it goes into different clickable sections separate each email like a conversation in outlook emails.

    It puts the communication thread out of order and is not that user friendly.

    When you look up emails in communications, you are then clicking on the email icons for that thread to try and find the email you are searching for. It makes the process a little clunky.

  11. Can you re-open an email that you have sent via the email icon on a profile to continue to thread? ie. you want to follow up on prior email sent as no response without starting a new chain.

    I cannot see an option for this only an option to reopen if you specifically sent it from the communication platform via "compose" message and go via filtered complete items.

  14. It is very frustrating that the SEARCH in communication is VERY basic. We can't search via SENDER, or have too many words, or little words. The filter option is also very basic. Keyword is only what's on the Subject Line. It's very frustrating trying to search for old email and we potentially don't quite remember the title of the email, or the title of the email was something generic like Ownership Statement. If it can search Subject line, Sender line, email content, or combination of different areas.

  16. Requesting the ability to increase the size of the email template screen (similar to this option which is available in Notes by dragging down the triangle/dashes in the bottom right hand corner)

  17. Feature Request: Automated Owner Invoice Overdue Notifications

    Property Tree already offers strong automation for arrears, inspections and maintenance, but there’s a gap when it comes to ownership invoices.

    I’d like to propose an automated workflow that triggers when an ownership invoice becomes overdue, with the ability to send a branded email reminder to the rental provider. This would be particularly useful for items like landlord insurance renewals, smoke alarm subscriptions, compliance services and other owner-funded invoices that require timely payment to avoid lapses in coverage.

    The key elements that would make this feature valuable:

  19. It would significantly improve efficiency if the Property Manager was visible in the inbox view next to the Name and Address for email and SMS communications.

    This would allow users to quickly determine whether a message should remain assigned to the company or be reallocated to the correct Property Manager—without needing to open each property to check.

    For teams managing a high volume of communications, this small change would remove unnecessary steps and save considerable time across the day.
    This enhancement would streamline workflows, reduce friction, and improve response times.

  20. In the owner contact and under Statement Information, the statements and Expenditure Reports are currently combined. This should be separated with a choice of either of both as not all owners request an Expenditure Report as they don't want to be charged, at the moment it cannot be turned off as if it is then they don't receive owner statements
