Option to CC/ BCC Property Manager in Auto Communications sent
It would be great to have the option to either CC or BCC the staff member in any Auto Communications sent out, or even create an auto generated email summary of all communications sent off for the day.

need this asap as when you are processing a water bill and say yes to invoice tenant it appears it is not occuring and they are getting reminders when they have not received the bill and we are not aware

Would be great to copy the property manager into an email when any automation communication goes out. E.g Lease Renewal’s being sent to the owner inspection reminders being sent to tenants etc.

I was just about to suggest the same improvement, its all well and good we have automated communications but if we are not looking at the dashboard every day you wont know if things are coming up for renewal. An email to the point of contact when an automated communication is sent or an alert would be great so it can be followed up.

When setting up an Auto Communication, it would be good to have an option to copy in the user/point of contact. I.e setting up lease expiry emails to tenants. It would be good to be alerted somehow when this email is automatically sent to tenants so we can follow up if there is no response.
