To add a Compliance tab to creditor profiles to record insurances (e.g. Workers Compensation, Certificates of Currency) and trade licences.

When adding or attaching documents, there should be an option to set an expiry date, with automatic reminders sent prior to expiry and linked directly to the document (not as a separate task).

This would remove the need to track expiries manually or through other software, which can become messy and inconsistent. It would help keep all compliance information in one place and easier to manage.

Further to the suggested compliance Tab for creditors, when a creditor is selected for a work/quote order there should be a notification/pop-up/big red words if their insurance has expired so they can be contacted and their updated details requested.

Compliance tab under creditor file. Could there be an automated email sent to the creditor advising them to send up their renewed insurance? or could there be an automated notification to the Property Manager that the insurance is about to expire and a task be set to update the new insurance details?
And a report that can be generated with expiry dates so this can be audited easily every month

I think it would be best if the compliance for creditors is separate to all other compliance

Please add a compliance tab to the creditor file so we can track contractors insurance and license details and can set reminders to chase them up for the updated certificate of currency annually.

there is no where to put a reminder for creditor's insurance when this is due?? However there is for tenant's insurance?? We need to be able to do a report showing who and when insurance is due for creditor's. Thank you

I think a compliance tab would be good under the creditor, separate from property compliance. When the compliance is 1 month from expiry, it would be good to have a notification to follow up the trade (like a task alert).

1. I think adding a Compliance Tab to the existing Creditor Profile would be best to keep all the information for a Creditor in the same place, easy to find. Also be able to drag and drop documents into the Credits Compliance Tab.
2. I’d like to see a warning email sent when the compliance item has expired or about to so it can be chased up and the new details provided before any more work orders are issued.
Also the ability for the system to send automatic requests and reminders to the Creditors to provide updated compliance details for PL Insurance, Licences etc

A compliance tab for trades would be ideal so you can track insurance/licence expiries. It could be managed in tasks/notes but ideally a compliance tab would be best.

In QLD we require Business Liability Insurance and Work Cover Policies at a minimum, having the ability to atleast record two insurance items would be extremely handy. Basic Info like the ability to record provider would be nice but the main thing it the ability to track policy expiry dates and follow up on them.

I was just about to log this idea especially with changes to the WHS legislation. The legal risk to agencies and landlords is huge if you sent a contractor who didn't have the necessary insurance.
It would be great to have a Compliance Tab for each Creditor/Contractor that records their Public Liability Insurance - Insurer, Policy # and Expiry Date and also their Workers Comp or for sole traders/partnerships their Personal Accident & Injury Insurance. Also should have their license number if they have a trade.

Be able to record multiple insurer details,

expiry date.
A reminder date be added back in for ALL compliance items.
Value of public liabilty would be great to see at a glance as some organisations have a minimum limit for trade to compelte work

I would like to see a section for Creditors that records their expiry date for their insurance and the date they are set up in Property Tree, sometimes creditors do provide multiple types of insurance or licenses so that would be great to be able to contain them in their own section. The main thing for me is being able to record the expiry date of Public Liability insurance and a report that could capture this information.

You would need to be able to have more than one insurance and also license information as well. With a reminder for when these are coming up for expiry so that the Creditor can be notified to send through their updated information.
