To add a Compliance tab to creditor profiles to record insurances (e.g. Workers Compensation, Certificates of Currency) and trade licences.
When adding or attaching documents, there should be an option to set an expiry date, with automatic reminders sent prior to expiry and linked directly to the document (not as a separate task).
This would remove the need to track expiries manually or through other software, which can become messy and inconsistent. It would help keep all compliance information in one place and easier to manage.
