An error occurred while saving the comment Kristopher Conroy commentedHi Andrea, agreed, it would be more like a asset register type set up where you could record, locations, type of alarms and expiry dates of alarms to ensure properties that have upcoming alarm expiries can be checked. I did speak to the development team last year when they created this new Compliance register and asked them about adding in asset register items to be able to track this additional information, its alot of work but is a great way to keep ontop of expiring alarms!

An error occurred while saving the comment Kristopher Conroy commentedHi Emma, I have found a work around for this issue! in the free version of Business Insights there is now the ability to display compliance register items, you can run reports to show all properties, then export to Excel, then run ones with the compliance item, then compare and delete double ups which then leaves you with the properties that do not have the compliance item! its not ideal but its a great work around!

An error occurred while saving the comment Kristopher Conroy commentedHi Jennifer, i have found the same issue, if you are searching open compliance items it doesn't show last date unless you have copied it into the new record once you close one! If it had the last date carried forward and displayed it would be amazing as you wouldnt then also need to search closed compliance to find the last attendance dates etc.

Hi Supporters! we've been digging deeper on this topic and after a bit more feedback if you have any -
1. We can introduce a compliance tab to the Creditor and you'd be able to track any items you wish (you could configure your own categories as you do with properties). Would you prefer to see a separate Creditor Compliance Register for reporting, or keep this information in the current Compliance Register with the ability to filter between Property Compliance and Creditor Compliance?
2. When a Creditor Compliance item has expired, what behaviour would you like to see? I warning when you enter a creditor against a maintenance job? and/or when a maintenance email is sent?
Any other notifications or areas that should be considered when we look to implement creditor compliance?
An error occurred while saving the comment Kristopher Conroy commentedHi Ange,
In QLD we require Business Liability Insurance and Work Cover Policies at a minimum, having the ability to atleast record two insurance items would be extremely handy. Basic Info like the ability to record provider would be nice but the main thing it the ability to track policy expiry dates and follow up on them.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kristopher Conroy commentedI feel all merge fields and data fields in PT should be available to be used as we see fit! being able to customise our own e-mails and letters is essential to how we choose to do business!
It would be amazing to be able to see all merge/data fields and create our own custom e-mails and reports and be able to export from Business Insights also these additional data fields that are often overlooked! (Rest Professional you use to be able to export every field!)

Hi Angela, experiencing this issue as well. The receipt needs to be displayed better and show From/To Part Payment then Effective rather than just an effective paid to date without mentioning that the date is inclusive of the part payment
