Update: We are currently working on the ability to have Tenancy Invoices and receipts sent as PDFs as the first piece of this project. We will then be working on the other areas of Property Tree as a staged approach.

Good news! We’re currently developing a tool that will automatically unblock affected email addresses to save you having to go to support for assistance. Once we see the impact this auto-unblock has on email failures we can determine the best way to notify failed emails. For those that may not be aware, you can currently find your failed comms within Communication History or the Communication Platform has a dedicated Failed folder.

With the recent update, there is now the field to add in the type of rent review for Commercial tenants, however it only gives you one option to choose from - CPI, Market, Fixed etc. Often on a Commercial lease the review may be for CPI initially then a market review at some point during the term so we need to be able to reflect this - a notes section would do this which would also allow you to enter the fixed % if this is applicable - at presnet you can select fixed but not enter what the fixed amount is - so really this field serves no purpose. You also have more than one option with CPI - the regional CPI or the National CPI - so each selection should have a notes field that pops up for you to enter further information - otherwise you are still going back and forth to the notes to get this.
The rent review method and the note would then need to be an option to show on the Rent Review report, not just the Tenancy Schedule.
