1. Remove the date default when searching for tasks as not all tasks have a due date and to set these up is different for each vacate, new tenancy so we cannot set up the template with set days as it is always different.
2. Setting the due date for each task individually is not efficient.
3. Having the workflows/tasks set up like a checklist.
4. Being able to set up a workflow against a property without a tenant.
5. Having tasks appear on the dashboard
We really need the workflows/tasks to get up and running to the standard that PMe has as their workflows are amazing! We don't need more add on like Agora.
We currently use Trello as the workflows/tasks platform is restrictive and not user friendly.

Automated workflows created for Rent Reviews where it generated based on Next Rent Review Date.
Automated workflows created for when a New Tenant based on Trigger New Tenancy profile created.
Automated workflows created for vacating tenants when a Vacate is entered and have it based on a Vacate, Termination or Break of Lease.
Being able to have tasks generated when a specific task is completed but not in the Locked mode. We have multiple tasks being completed by specific team members but the tasks can all be done at one. If I leave the workflow open and not locked, it generates all the tasks. I cannot set due dates for every task, we need more flexibility BUT not make it more manual and complicated.

100% we need a better mobile app for agents! If you are on the road and have some downtime between inspections or want to check inbox communications you cannot do this unless you login on your mobile via the webpage and it is not user friendly.

Any progress on this?
Issues like this, along with other user suggestions, have been raised since 2022, yet no meaningful improvements appear to have been made to Invoice Genius. The accounting function is a critical part of property management, and from our perspective there has been very little progress in improving this area of PropertyTree.
It is disappointing that the apparent solution is to use PropTech now that MRI owns it, particularly when this comes at an additional cost. Before upselling add-on products, PropertyTree should be able to support the basic day-to-day functions required to manage properties properly.
Can you please address this in PropertyTree so that pinned notes are visible in Invoice Genius and staff can complete basic tasks without unnecessary manual workarounds?
