The current workflow automation has an issue with duplicate triggers when using separate workflows for periodic and fixed-term leases.
Periodic workflows are triggered by the “Rent Review Date”, while fixed-term workflows are triggered by the “Lease End Date”. However, fixed-term leases can also have a rent review date (for reporting purposes), which causes both workflows to trigger for the same tenancy.
This results in duplication and unnecessary workflow actions.
It would be really helpful to have a trigger option specifically for periodic (expired) leases only, or the ability to better distinguish between lease types within workflow conditions to avoid overlap.

1) It would be helpful to show the number of "Comments or Notes" under each task in a work flow. Such as a column showing the activity level, for instance if there is 2 comments, it would appear as "2" and prompt the individual to click into the task and check the notes.
2) Ability to tag other user's in this comments section.

Please release this feature! I can't believe it hasn't been done. Now with the communications section, its super important for each user to set their own signatures.

We are pleased to advise that new Owner and Tenant Portals are now in Development! This will be accessible on both web and Apps for Owners and Tenants. We'll let you know once this is available for EAP and general availability.

Make it customisable, option to turn off portal messaging and maintenance portal. Some agencies use different software for maintenance/communications.

Some agencies use other software for maintenance. We would like to start using the tenant portals but they would give the option for tenants to submit repairs through the portal and this is stopping us from using it.
Can we please make the portals more customisable for the agencies? E.g. turning off maintenance portal/ portal messaging. These should be optional features.

Update: We are currently working on the ability to have Tenancy Invoices and receipts sent as PDFs as the first piece of this project. We will then be working on the other areas of Property Tree as a staged approach.

We're currently looking into replacing the links in emails sent from Property Tree with attachments (across the product - statements, invoices, receipts, work orders etc). We'll let you know once this goes into Development.

Second this! Its super important, and been getting more and more complaints from tenants about it. If we can add payment details onto the invoice or even be able to add it into the automated communication when we send the reminders (as a merge field).
