    If there is a current workflow in place to have it pop up somewhere that is visible when you go into Tenancy, Property or Owner. At the moment it is just sitting in the back end and there are alot of clicks to even figure out if there is a current workflow in place? Also, show that there is an attachment. At the moment to find out if there is an attachment, you are needing to go into the edit pencil...
