Pop up warnings for profiles

Adding the ability to create a pop up notification when you open a ownership, property or tenancy profile. Making it easier for users rather than having to search through notes for important info such as preferred tradesman and other important info that normally gets missed.

    definitely please! A setting we can assign to some notes. e.g. some Owners have preferred contractors, We won't know this until we actually create the maintenance. Or, we have to ceremoniously checked the notes we pinned before doint this. not very effective.

    To have a "Sticky Notes" option to flag a certain important note about a profile.

    We would love to see sticky notes added to the profile. I know we have pinned notes, however these aren't bold enough to grab attention and can be easily missed. Perhaps if the pinned notes were in different colours for different categories? It would also be handy not to have to open the note which is why the sticky note would be handy as an alert as soon as you open the profile.

    This is also a good tool if there are notes about a tenant or safety concerns (Eg. do not do routines alone - must have 2 staff attend, do not call tenant - only call emergency contact due to ***)

    A pop up box for a variety of subjects would be great. You can post in notes but unless you know about something to be aware of - you don't know to look! Rest had this option as soon as you opened a profile and it was a great inclusion.

    We use notes for a number of things that aren't super important but to have two separate options so we can opt for it to pop up would be nice.

    Would be great to have notes pop up in the tenant, property or owner file rather then just being pinned to the top of the page or have the pinned section in a different colour.

    Hi team! this is a great idea and will pop up every time we go into any profiles so anything important won't be missed.

    When entering notes and pinning to profile / receipts etc. a pop up appears rather than just being pinned (so all staff are aware and have to click out of the note before proceeding)

    I have not worked with a database before where there is not this type of functionality - is it already built into Property Tree?

    It would be very useful to have a pop-up message functionality separate to notes to alert us to specifics about the tenant or owner e.g. Dog at property, Tenant is nightshift worker do not call between 8am - 2pm, Owner lives interstate/overseas. Is this possible or already there and I don't know about it?
