Hi Supporters, we appreciate your feedback on this suggestion. As the current Tenancy Ledger holds so much important information, we are scoping out a new rent arrears ledger option that will give you the information required in a clear simple format, making it easy to see/explain rental payments and arrears. Rest assured, this suggestion is of importance to us.

An error occurred while saving the comment When printing out payments lists, it would be great invoices listed under creditor paid be in property address order rather than owner name order.

Update: We are currently working on the ability to have Tenancy Invoices and receipts sent as PDFs as the first piece of this project. We will then be working on the other areas of Property Tree as a staged approach.

Good news! We’re currently developing a tool that will automatically unblock affected email addresses to save you having to go to support for assistance. Once we see the impact this auto-unblock has on email failures we can determine the best way to notify failed emails. For those that may not be aware, you can currently find your failed comms within Communication History or the Communication Platform has a dedicated Failed folder.

We're currently looking into replacing the links in emails sent from Property Tree with attachments (across the product - statements, invoices, receipts, work orders etc). We'll let you know once this goes into Development.

Rent arrears with number of days columns would be fantastic.
I normally use the Tribunal Report, but then have to explain to the tenant the last line in credit is paying for the following week.
It would be so much easier to read if the period in credit is against the actual rental period it applies to and days in arrears is in a column beside balance.
