We're pleased to advise we have started development on adding the rent arrears amount to the Tenancy Ledger with the receipt details. We'll let you know once it has been released.

I normally use the Tribunal Report, but then have to explain to the tenant the last line in credit is paying for the following week.It would be so much easier to read if the period in credit is against the actual rental period it applies to and days in arrears is in a column beside balance.

An error occurred while saving the comment When printing out payments lists, it would be great invoices listed under creditor paid be in property address order rather than owner name order.

We're currently looking into replacing the links in emails sent from Property Tree with attachments (across the product - statements, invoices, receipts, work orders etc). We'll let you know once this goes into Development.

This is the one thing I absolutely miss about REST. It really is a must, especially if someone is filling in for you and don't realise an owner does his own maintenance. We nearly lost a client over this happening.
