To be able to email tenants/ landlord's ledger as and when required else we have to save on desktop and then email
Like REST , can we please be able email tenants/ landlord's ledger as and when it is viewed in order to save time. Else, we have to save on desk top and then email . Later delete what's on the desk top - It's all time consuming! Thanks

Users can now send the Tenancy Ledger via the Tenancy actions ellipses directly from the profile. Yes - this is so very time consuming having to download then send on via separate email to tenants, there should be an option to email the full transaction history straight from Property Tree to tenants and to also have the option to enter separate email addresses for when other agents are requesting references etc etc.
Alternatively when you email the tenants or owners the "tenancy overview" the system should automatically attach a copy of the full ledger as a link or PDF.
