  1. Used the same as owners managements, smoke alarms and owners insurances this will give us a place to easily record and follow up outdated contractors. Having the ability to also send out reminders and requests for updates would be the biggest time saver.

    Hi Supporters! we've been digging deeper on this topic and after a bit more feedback if you have any -


    1. We can introduce a compliance tab to the Creditor and you'd be able to track any items you wish (you could configure your own categories as you do with properties). Would you prefer to see a separate Creditor Compliance Register for reporting, or keep this information in the current Compliance Register with the ability to filter between Property Compliance and Creditor Compliance?


    2. When a Creditor Compliance item has expired, what behaviour would you like to see? I warning when you enter a creditor against a maintenance job? and/or when a maintenance email is sent? 


    Any other notifications or areas that should be considered when we look to implement creditor compliance?

  3. When trying to work out properties where no compliance option has been selected, Property Tree does not have a report to aid with this. Could an option be added to the existing Compliance Register to allow for this. Ie. in the Managed By dropdown add an option for 'no compliance option selected.' Then clients could filter by this option.

  4. The old smoke alarm display had better information at a glance. It showed the date the smoke alarm was last serviced and the type of smoke alarm.
    Could that please be included in the Register so it can be seen at a glance and not having to go via the pencil.

  5. When we receive an invoice updating compliance, have a tick box (like the one we use to close maintenance) to update the date that the compliance is due.

  6. Have the ability to enter more than one smoke alarm type. Some properties have two different smoke alarm eg Hardwired and Battery, at the moment we can only register one. This is relevant for both the Smoke Alarms and Compliance (only one can be entered to each)

  7. We would love to see merge fields for the compliance dates so that they can be easily inserted into lease agreements and disclosure statements - in particular, the last serviced date

  8. Ability to add the status of the owner's compliance on their ownership statement, so they are aware if their landlord insurance, smoke alarms compliance is up to date for each property.

  9. When adding documents to Compliance tab under the new 'Register' feature the system has a very high level of requirements for file names. Only letters or numbers are accepted. Your not allowed any other characters such as commas, dash or any type of other punctuation. Surely this can be less strict considering most file names have full addresses and other items in file names.

  11. Adding a compliancy tile to the agency dashboard so you can see an overview of what properties are coming up due to be completed/what are overdue (like you do with rent renewals/lease renewals)

  12. it would be really helpful to have a key register where we could assign key in/out and assign trades/ownerships/tenants etc. and also the individual with the keys (i.e. jack) and contact information for the individual responsible for the key. Also to be able to print a report of the keys each day to see which keys are still out with trades. an important part of this would be to have the ability to have the keys "not to be returned" or similar if an owner is taking possession or management ending etc.

  13. Hi, Following a recent rent roll sale we discovered that the compliance register information stored under the Property does not migrate. Part of due diligence when a seller sells a rent roll is to ensure all this information is up to date. ie Certificate of Titles, Landlord Insurance, Electrical Safety Certificate & Pest Inspections. This information not migrating is quite inconvenient and is something that should be prioritized for future rent roll sales. It was also noted that owner tags, ie mid month/end of month also didn't carry across.

  17. Within the Water Usage section have notes appearing or a tick box to include -
    - properties where only fixed charges are charged
    - properties where owner does not wish to charge water
    - properties that are not separately metered
    - Owner supplies water notice

    1. Have the ability to edit the 'Category' in the compliance register for a property. This would be handy when the incorrect Category is selected
    2. Have the ability to edit the details in the Compliance History for a property if required
    3. Have the ability to bulk edit/join compliance categories

  19. Love the compliance register
    Love that you can now search properties with no compliance
    Hate that when you created the compliance register you migrated the existing smoke alarm compliance over calling it migrated smoke alarm and now we have two categories for the same thing and as a result no clear way of searching for properties with no smoke alarm compliance. Can you create a bulk update for compliance categories so we can transfer them one way or the other rather than having to individually update each property?
