On the dashboard have an inspection summary.
Show stats like:
Inspections Overdue (Confirmed and passed their inspection date)
Inspections incomplete (Tentative and passed tentative date)
Inspections confirmed for the next 30, 60 & 90 days;
Inspections cancelled per month
Properties with no inspections

Routine Inspections - see last inspection when bulk updating
When bulk updating routine inspections it would be good to have a filter field of the date of when the property was last inspected.
It would also be good to have a stoplight system when completing the report/sending to owner to show how frequently the property needs to be inspected due to various issues i.e. green - 9 months for good tenants, amber - 6 months for average tenants, red - 3 months for below average tenants or buildings that require a higher level of monitoring.

Inspection provider automatically close job in Property Tree
This will be a a significant time saver and reduction of ‘10’+ extra clicks along with the sync time delay.
Currently having to complete in both inspection provider and PT.
The ability if the Inspection API and PT speak would mean, ‘Finalised’ in inspection provider updates the inspection status in PT to ‘closed’ - saving PM's and teams non required clicks/time.

Priority codes for maintenance
When allocating a maintenance request to a contractor need to be able to specify urgency for the job. Priority 1 within 24 hours, Priority 2 within 48 hours, etc. This could be done by adding tags to the maintenance requests that we can select prior to allocating and issuing a work order.

Completed Maintenance Report Including Invoice Details
We need to generate a report showing all completed maintenance jobs, broken down by property and including the job details, creditor and invoice details. Sorted by owner or portfolio.

Inspection Frequency
It would be great if in configuration you can add multiple inspection frequency scenarios, i.e. one for 3 month and one for 6 month.
Then when adding in a property or tenancy there is an option to select which frequency that particular property/tenant is on.Currently I am setting notes with reminders to update after each inspection and then resetting a note as most of my inspections are 3 monthly but there is a number of owners that only require 6 monthly. Not only does this involve more admin time, it could easily be removed from the alerts or missed.

I was wondering if you were aware that in the inspection tab on the tenancy, if you click the edit pencil you can override the company default (of 3 months as an example, and set this tenants inspections to 6 month frequency), so it will look to this when doing the updates. I hope this helps in the interim - as this would be a good option to have against the property, so that when tenants come and go, the set frequency for that property would remain. We are in the stages of cleaning up our system and have multiple pages to archive and have only found we can do this one by one which is not an efficient method. Thankyou

Issue date on work orders
Client has requested that work orders be updated to include a issue date so that creditors have a clear record of what date they were given the job. And also, if this comes up at tribunal they will need to show when it was issued.

Inspections: Warning when closing inspection and no report attached
Routine inspections should not be able to be closed in PT without first attaching the report.
There should be a warning pop up telling you that you cannot close inspection until report is attached.
This will help when staff leave that you know the reports are there and inspections have not just been closed without doing the inspections.

Breach Inspections
The option to add breach inspections as a type of inspection for example; routine, breach, ingoing, outgoing. Allowing breach inspections to be uploaded and sent to owners through the system. Send automated reminder notice to tenant. Keeping them grouped with other inspections for the tenancy. Which would also be beneficial when going to court with the report function. Making this task easier and more efficient.

Pre-tick "owners" only when sending routine reports to owners
Pre- tick sending inspection reports to "owner" type only in inspection emails to ownership entity. It currently pre-ticks to send to all ownership entities eg. Emergency contacts.
