Where is this one at in development? We invoice commercial owners for advertising regularly and need to have them pay the trust account for this before we can advertise their property. We need to be able to create an invoice to send to an owner for fees charged. Please develop this! Thank you.

This is vital for Commercial Ownerships. Especially for advertising invoices. We can only raise a charge which appears on the statement, but I would like that fee to be able to be printed as an invoice. PLEASE create this functionality like you have for fees for tenants! Thank you.

Hi we are sometimes asked by an owner to provide an invoice for the payment of additional fees. It would be great to be able to raise an invoice from Agency for the owner within Property Tree without having to go to our Agency accounts to ask them to raise the fee. Especially as in most circumstances, it is raised without the need of an actual invoice.

We need to send owners an invoice for letting out properties. This should be generated and emailed by property tree like any other invoice entered. Currently have to use a word template to send out invoices for Fees

Ability to create an Owner invoice was 1st suggested 4 years ago and still waiting. Can already create an Invoice for a Tenant so cannot be that difficult - why not the same feature available in PT for an Owner? Was told by Help Centre to use another software application to create the invoice yet PT subscriptions fees increase!

Spoke with a client who would like to be able to invoice owners for expenses through REST, and physically create an invoice that can be sent to the owner.

Explained this cannot be done through REST but thought this may be something that can be looked at in Property Tree

Any updates on this function? It should be a simple addition as there is already a tenancy invoice, just needs to be added to create a ownership one also.

We require this for sales properties too. Currently there is no way to send an invoice with payment details to an owner for advertising etc. Sending a statement sends a generic, unbranded email to the owner which is not able to be edited.

This is a really good comment. We do ask our landlord to pay maintenance in advance if the house has not been rented. And advertising fee in advance.

We are currently doing invoice using xero, and it would be nice if a invoice can be sent through property tree.

This very important for us. We have a lot of maintenance that occurs before the property is rented. We would like to have the ability to invoice the owner before any rent comes in. That is, the owner would be paying us directly for the maintenance. It means though that the invoice would have to show the amount of the creditor invoice + our maintenance management fee. Thanks

We have experience a lot of maintenance that occurs up front prior to the property being rented. We would like to have the option to invoice the owner for this maintenance to get the funds in asap to pay the creditor.

One of my owners has requested an invoice for something we had previously agreed to, but property tree currently will only create tenant invoices, not owner ones

Very true, this feature is definitely needed especially if the property is vacant.
