Signin/signout Method Notification.
Sign in/out method notification. To be able to alert the host what method the visitor used to sign in/out. As we have a high volume of visitors for security reasons to know who has to be signed out manually.

Thanks for your input. We will open this up to the community for votes. In the meantime, I would like to share a suggestion. If you enable the 'Zone Selection' basic question for visitors and tick 'host notification' then the visitor arrival notification should include the name of the access point the visitor signed in through. If your kiosks each use a different access point you will know exactly which one they used. Hope that helps.

Create and Induction training for Visitor similar to Contractors.
This will allow visitors to complete any site required training before arriving on site. Also have retraining (expiration) date so that they can retake it annually.

Certificate expiry
Have an expiry period on a certification itself, much like inductions. E.g. First Aid cert entered in the Cert manager is given an validity period of 1yr. So any first aid certs uploaded for people automatically alert based on ValidFrom date entered. I know there's the ValidTo date on each uploaded cert, but this is pretty error prone and it would be a good reference for people to know that the cert is only valid in our eyes for 1year before they need to renew.

Alcolizer randomisation
We already have an integration fro Alcolizer, I have asked multiple times over the past 6 years to allow randomisation to apply. Currently we can only breath test every person, customers are asking for and some of our competitors already have the ability to randomize who needs to complete a breath test. The ability for the customer to set some rules like every contractor must do 3 breath tests a year or 45% of contractors and 20% of employees must complete a breath test in a 12 month period.

Expected arrival function for offsite employees at appointments
I want Team Leaders to be able to check if an employee has completed an appointment offsite in the time expected. e.g. other employee tracking apps allow the employee to load expected time at appointment offsite, if they don't check in by x time their team leader gets a prompt to check in. The team leader will need to be different for employees in different teams. It needs to work offsite- e.g. bob goes to see client offsite at 4pm, expected to finish at 5pm, he goes straight home after. Team leader gets a prompt to check in at 5.15…

Mobile SOS choose who receives for different employees
If a staff member uses the SOS on their mobile their message should go to their team leader but at the moment I can only choose generic people to respond regardless of who presses SOS. I would like to be able to choose who gets it- as well as require at least 1 or 2 people who always get it.

Instant messages have SMS delivery option even if using mobile app
I want to send instant messages as a text message if needed to all employees. If something is an emergency staff will see it more readily if it comes through as a text message rather than an app notification. I want to choose if it goes as an SMS to all (e.g. an emergency notice) or app notification (non urgent message)

Consistent formats in questionaires across all OnLocation Platforms
Question asked are inconsistent in their formatting across browser and mobile app. For example, question for expected duration on site from kiosk/QR code is asking for duration in minutes whereas in the mobile application is asking 24h time.

Kiosks (Sign In/Out & Induction) need to be available for Samsung tablets
When setting up a new kiosk, the types of kiosks that are available are PCs with mouse, touch screen PC, iPad and QR Code. Need to be able to set up kiosks on Samsung tablets also.
All functions need to be fully supported on both Apple and Android.3 votesThank you Karina, we do not support Android OS however we do support Windows devices and iPad. We recently released QR Code posters whereby the person signing in uses their own browser on their own mobile device. At this stage we have no plans to add Android support but we will leave this open for votes to garner additional community feedback.

Show all questions in one screen on kiosk
Would it be possible to achieve the view on the Kiosks where all questions within the questionnaire are displayed on one screen, rather than one question per one screen (as it is when using Sign in/out Manager)?

What device are you using for your kiosk?
Showing sign-in questions all in one screen is available as a setting for PC kiosks. Due to the size of the screen and need for touch controls it is not currently supported on iPad kiosks. I will leave this open for votes as we gather requirements for future kiosk improvements.

Option to turn off Global Roamers to receive Panic Alarm message
Currently, Global Roamers receive a message when a Panic Alarm is triggered at a location they are set as Global Romer for. The customer would like the option to turn off Global Roamers receiving notification when a Panic Alarm is triggered.

Automation & Occupancy Settings - Automatic Time Out
We're a 4-site, 3-shift operation, Monday - Friday, in addition to having a 3-day, 12 hour weekend shift that operates Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We really need to have a way to input employees into shifts per location, because obviously, signing everyone out at 5:00 pm doesn't work because On Evac is never going to be able to provide an accurate count as to who's on-site and who's not.

It would be useful if new contractors could self-register on the kiosk when they arrive at our location for the first time. This will speed up the onboarding process and cut down on admin.

Would be good to be able to archive workers that have left the Organisation. We still require information, but do not want inductions sent or for them to be able to log on. Contractors would be the same.

Custom Questionnaire Acknowledgement being sent to Host before Visitor Comes OnSite
When Pre-Registering a Visitor and sending a Questionnaire with Custom Questions that require a Signature. A Host should be able to receive the signed document and acknowledgement by email before the Visitor Signs in. This would be an integral asset for Businesses that require forms to be signed befoer coming on site. The workflow would be as followed:
- A Host invites a visitor (Pre-Registers them) and they receive our NDA and a Health & Safety Questionnaire in advance by email.
- The visitor signs the NDA and completes the Questionnaire in advance, and we receive this data back before they arrive…

Triggers for Asset Management
Be able to set a trigger for asset management. For example, if a contractor forgets to turn in a checked out keycard at the end of the day, a trigger can be made to email a designated person so that the contractor can be contacted to turn it in.
