Additional email addresses within Contractors/LiabilityNotification Recipients Field
It would be so helpful to add additional email addresses to "Send to this non-employee" for 'Notify the following people within our organization when insurance policies are due to expire' e.g. we have the email address of the direct contact at the Contractor company, however we would like to add the Contractors office/admin account to this field also, e.g employee.name@theirbusiness.com and office@theirbusiness.com to both be within this field.
Same thing for the field on the same page, underneath within 'Nominate an internal email address where people must send the updates Insurance Policy Details to'. As our location in Sydney is broken up into 4 divisions, some contractors are shared between two or more divisions. We would like to enter in group emails for each division that is responsible for that Contractor. e.g. division1@mybusiness.com + division2@mybusiness.com to both be within that same field, with potentially something like office@mybusiness.com added along with the facility manager and HSE representative of the branch emails to be added also.
Having this option to have more than one email in these fields would help us out immensely with the building setup we have.

I also agree with this suggestion!!
We have 5 sites across Australia, and it would be really helpful if the notifications can go to relevant person to the specific site. At the moment one person is receiving all notifications for all sites.

Currently, the use of a single site-wide email address is not sustainable, as all contractor managers receive communications that are not relevant to their division.
To improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary emails, it is recommended that separate communication channels or email addresses be established for each division.
