With the new laws coming in for energy efficient ratings for properties in 2026. We need to keep a list of appliances ie a/c, hws, solar etc for each property and their ratings. As this will be a requirement for marketing and advertising purposes. Where can this be kept, compliance tab? Been looking around on Property tile - as the appliances are related to properties it would be great to have a section to be able to keep record of this information. If anyone is already doing this? How are you doing it and where are you keeping info which is easily accessible for when doing maintenance to an item, you can copy and paste the product model and info for contractors. OR if MRI will be altering Property Tree in any way to accommodate this new requirement and when will this be ready? I would like to get up to date now before the new law comes in. Ideas welcome please ....... TIA
