    If there is a company email address for work orders and a separate email address for accounts (as a contact) only the accounts email address should receive remittances/statements.

  2. The matching of payment references to tenancies needs to be more intuitive. We need tenants to be able to put a descriptive word in their payment reference so that it is clear what the payment is intended for and there is no confusion where it should be allocated. Especially if the payment is for something other than rent, its important for them to be able to add a descriptive word in the payment reference such as "water" or "bond".   3. invoice genius property details to move with the invoice details. Some invoices do not have the property address in the first page of the invoice

  4. If the tenants put the invoice number on their rent payment (instead of tenancy ID), then PT receipts the money to the correct tenant automatically.

  5. Current statements do not include invoices, rather they are a separate document. Landlords have suggested to us that they would like to see their statements include invoices from creditors shown in the same pdf document as their month end statement.

  6. To be able to enter management fees as a flat fee. - IE. we have stakeholders that pay their management fees quarterly and annually.

    We currently enter this in as a (manual) fee and then have to label each stakeholder whereas if it was an option to have a non-percentage flat fee this would also allow us to capture this in our fees reporting each month/year.

    Currently it is very manual to capture this for reporting purposes.

  9. Would love to see an option to prevent part payment of agency fees & instead hold funds until sufficient to pay the fee in full.
    Would stop owners questioning multiple payments toward letting fees etc.

  11. It would be helpful if we could have the option for more than one bank account to be configured for direct debit payments. E.g. if a couple each want to pay half the rent from there own accounts via direct debit.

  12. Please consider adding the option to select the property when paying selected creditors. It would make life easier as currently we need to go through all invoices entered although we only need to pay 3-4 (overdue) invoices for a specific creditor.

  13. Would like the ability to set the statement date rather than on the day the statement is created, so a full month statement can be created. Currently if month end falls on a weekend the report is dated for the day the statement is generated.

    As a example we would like to create an ownership statement for the 31st of the month so the statement period is from 1st - 31st of a month in line with accounting periods.

  15. It would be great if you could design a statement that carries on the tenant/s part payments to the following statement. Our clients get very confused when they may receive more than usual on month & then less the following month & don't understand why.

  16. In Invoice Genius and/or when entering water invoices, disable the ability to enter tenancy water usage if the tenancy has NO to water usage entered on the tenancy card. Currently, even though through Invoice Genius, you can see that it says NO if a tenant is not to pay water usage, however the system still allows for the usage invoice to be entered.

  18. Ownership statement template improvements

    1. Template fields to include respective "Property Manager" for signing off.

    2. Have one link to which consolidates both the ownership statements and creditor invoices – this “one click” consolidation into one document is an appreciated convenience for owners to have statements and supporting documents in one file.

  19. When the rent is receipted and the tenant has no email, then send the rent receipt to the company inbox so it can be printed and sent to the tenant - like how PT does this with Automated Communications.

  20. Batch payments have a reference number and no payee description. Is it possible to have the payee group listed, rather than having to drill down on the transaction to identify if it is a creditor, agency, bond or owner payment. If it could list the batch payment payee that would be helpful and time saving.
