Out of office reply for portal and comms platform messages
Would be helpful to have an out of office option for messages that are received out of hours. Especially when a tenant is requesting maintenance. We could then include emergency contact details to the email etc

Additional Commercial arrears merge fields
We need additional merge fields for Commercial Arrears Auto Messages. Currently they only show the arrears of the last invoice, we need a total arrears merge field to be able to add to the body of the email text. It's confusing when the body of the text only shows the May rent invoice is overdue but the invoice that is attached via the link shows that April/May are both overdue.

Nicer Font Choices
Please increase the font choices when sending mail from PT. Most of the font options there are not professional or useful. The standard 'System Font' is converted to Times New Roman which isn't appealing to the eye.

Save email to creditor against property profile
Would be great to have an easy view for PM's to view emails sent to creditors. If this was saved against the property profile as well (not just creditor comms), this would make it easier for PM's to find all comms & be across what is going on in their portfolio

Communication platform unread emails
Is there a way that the communication screen can be expanded so that property managers can see all emails outstanding (instead of the 8/9 shown) and is there a way to flag the ones that have actually been read? Failing that, is there a report that can be compiled showing emails still outstanding so that emails can be 'tidied' up regularly?

Filtering of Scheduled Rent Change Notifications
With the new Scheduled Rent Change automated notifications it would be great if we are able to turn these notifications off for certain tenants.
As we have a large amount of tenants utilising Centrepay the $$ amount listed under their rent schedule in their tenancy profile differs to what is described on their lease. We need to account for the $0.99 charged by Centrelink and should the tenants get the automated communications /reminders for their upcoming rent schedule change this could cause a great deal of confusion for the tenants. At the moment the portal communications are only accessible via the envelope tab. It would be very helpful to have the comms saved in several locations in Property Tree, i.e. under the tenant/ owner tab

Email Outbox so we can preview bulk or merged emails before sending
Having an outbox that hold emails for individual previous before sending. At the moment we cant see the emails unless we send and then find them again under the tenant or owner communications. When setting up mail merges I have found i have had to send errored merges out until i could get it perfect.

Automated Lease Expiry/ Lease Renewal message to owners and tenants about specific recommendations on upcoming renewals.
Hey Team!
It would be handy to customise lease expiries/ lease renewals communications on specific tenancies, such as a "task" orientated set up specific for lease expires/ lease renewals on individual properties.
Basically what I want to do, would be to customise an email to an owner recommending an increase amount and renewal for 12 months, however rather then creating our own email and sending it every month in advance to every owner, it would automatically be sent on a specific date that we set.1 vote -

Contacts to have ability to allocate certain communications
It would be great if cntacts being set up could receive certain communications such as an automatic chck box which you can remove some communicatiuons for. We have lots of tenants who have their accounts managed by others or tenants who hold a lease like a company and they put their workers in there. The workers need entry notices and tenant info but not invoices or arrears notices and things. Being able to separate the communication for each tenant as needed would be really beneficial to effective client management and client satisfaction.

Extend Due Dates On Invoices That Are Part Paid
Enable entered due dates, to be extended, on invoices that are part paid, to avoid arrears notices being issued to tenants.

Mail merge field for Tenancy ID
It is necessary to have the Tenancy ID as a Merge Field in the Auto Comm template for Tenancy Invoices. Currently, the Tenancy ID only displays on an Invoice if ‘Tenancy Invoices’ is ticked in the Trust Configuration (screenshot below) however, that is not an option for clients using DEFT, because they do NOT want to share their Trust details with the tenants, but they still want their Tenants to receive the Tenancy ID (e.g. also for adhoc invoices etc)

Held Funds E-mailed Remittance
It would be great if an e-mailed remittance was generated & sent when refunding held funds rather than having to send a separate e-mail to advise the tenant or new Agent if we are transferring overpaid rent

add a photo to the body of a mail merge email
we oversee entire complexes and sometimes we need to email all tenants regarding certain things that require a photo being sent - currently have to attach a photo to a Word doc and then add it as an attachment.
It would be great to be able to just paste it into the body of the email so I know it's easy to be seen by the recipient.1 vote -
Property Tree Portal inbox when Property Manager is on leave
When a tenant puts in maintenance or correspondence through the portal, the notifications pops up in the Property managers inbox at the top right. If that person is away and no one is login into their profile then no one lese knows about it.
It would be great if we can put an out of office or something in so the notification goes to someone so important maintenance doesn't get missed.2 votes
