Attach copies of documents from the library when sending emails from the links under contact cards for tenant and / or owner.
Have an ability to attach copies of documents from within the document library when sending emails to property owners - rather than having to download the document, then attach it via searching. A one step attachment would be better from within the program.

Be able to download from Documents tab without having to SAVE it then send. Maybe have the option to email or share , but not have to save it before being able to share it

When documents are saved in PT, we should have a button that we can send via email as opposed to downloading and then emailing it

This would be great to be able to copy/drag information that has been saved under to Property Tab (such as Strata Plans, Notices etc.) straight into an email that you are generating to either an owner or tenant.

It would be super useful to have an option when doing a mail merge on a selected property to add attachments from the documents. Save so much time!

I think you should be able to attach documents to communications from within property tree, for example sending an email to an owner and wanting to attach the Residential tenancy Agreement from the tenants folder ETC

Email files straight from document management, currently we have to download them and attach them to an email
