Hi User Voice Supporters! We're currently setting requirements with the development team for Failed Communication Notifications and are after some feedback to ensure we get the right notifications to you and your team.
Would you prefer, an In-App (in Property Tree) notification, that alerted you each time a communication failed?
Or, would you prefer to receive an email each time a communication failed? (similar to an outlook or gmail bounce-back).
In the case of receiving an email, if you are using the Communication Platform where your email replies are received into Property Tree, would you prefer this failed email notification to be received into the Communication Platform inbox, assigned to you (or the company, if the email was sent from the company)? We're currently looking into a solution for this, to enable you to select a file(s) from document management and initiate an ad hoc email.

It would be super useful to have an option when doing a mail merge on a selected property to add attachments from the documents. Save so much time!
