Have a Tenant/Owner's "Preferred" Name show in the Contacts View.

Have a Tenant/Owner's "Preferred" Name show in the Contacts View. At the moment you can only view a tenant's preferred name if you open up the Contact to amend it. It would make a huge difference when making phone calls to have the preferred name show on the main Ownership/Tenancy screen.

    This is such a basic important feature. We are all so time poor to be not able to quickly see the owners assumed name causes time delays which impacts productivity. Can you please have an update on this as a priority?

    This is an important feature! Given we have so many owners that have a preferred name and would allow us to continue our personal service. Can we have an update as to when this will be actioned as notice this idea was in 2023!

    Yes, it is so important to maintain relationships with Owners! We need to be able to easily see the Owner's preferred name.

    Vital!!!! I have so many Asian owners/tenants with 'western' names - please make this happen!

    Can the preferred name be made visible on the contact page ie. owner or tenant. Currently it doesn't appear unless you edit a contact's details.

    The "Preferred Name" is available in the Contacts tab of Business Insights but does not exist to the Contact profile so appears blank in the reporting. Would be good for this to be included to the Contact and a merge field available to utilise the field in all communications.

    Contact Cards to include a 'preferred name' and then that name displayed on Ownership card.
