As the current Tenancy Ledger holds so much important information, we are scoping out a new rent arrears ledger option that will give you the information required in a clear simple format, making it easy to see/explain rental payments and arrears. Rest assured, this suggestion is of importance to us.

we need to be able to access what the owner and tenants can or can not see .
we need access to what they would see on the screen when they log in.
when an owner ask me where can i find the invoices i just make it up then email them a copy from our one drive.
we also need easy access to turn on and off access to the portal to tenants and Owners
