Can a cover photo please be added to the properties so that when you are going to an inspection you know what the house looks like? (More so if a new Property Manager starts it would help)

I would love to see a change of colour for when the Tenant or Owner has joined the portal. That way the Property Manager can know which way they can communicate with them.

The feature would save the Property Managers time. Entering in rent reviews, lease expiry (set number of days before) as well as inspection dates/times takes time to put them in any online calendar let alone a physical diary.

If PT was able to when you archive a property the key number is released but a note was put in the system against the property for future reference in one transaction of the archive process.
