Can a tab please be created to Pets so that Property Managers know what pets are at the property and what is approved. Can we also please be able to add a photo.

Pets Tab in Tenant Section:
If a tenant is approved for pets then have a tab available where photos, documents, Pet names and types can be added as well as notes on the pets like " Owner needs to be home Dog will bite''. This would also be handy to have in the inspection app.Georgia Seeney

Can a cover photo please be added to the properties so that when you are going to an inspection you know what the house looks like? (More so if a new Property Manager starts it would help)

As the current Tenancy Ledger holds so much important information, we are scoping out a new rent arrears ledger option that will give you the information required in a clear simple format, making it easy to see/explain rental payments and arrears. Rest assured, this suggestion is of importance to us.

I would love to see a change of colour for when the Tenant or Owner has joined the portal. That way the Property Manager can know which way they can communicate with them.

If PT was able to when you archive a property the key number is released but a note was put in the system against the property for future reference in one transaction of the archive process.
