I would love to receive a notification either by text or email (my choice) when I have received an email or text message on Property Tree from a tenant.
Right now, I am only notified when I log in, but this doesn't help me over the weekend or when I am on leave. -

Update: We are currently working on the ability to have Tenancy Invoices and receipts sent as PDFs as the first piece of this project. We will then be working on the other areas of Property Tree as a staged approach.

It would be great if as soon as an inspection is confirmed on Property Tree we receive a prompt to save this inspection to our Outlook or Microsoft Teams calendar.

This is a very important feature.
I would like a pet icon on the tenant card which can show a paw, cat, etc, as a quick reference if you have selected pet in pet tab.
With a tab of its own with the ability to include things such as nature, name, age, photo, microchip number, council registration number and where pet is kept. This would be great and very useful when attending an inspection. It would be great if this would alert the agent completing a routine too so there is no surprise.
