An app that does everything the website version of Property Tree does. When out of the office I do not have computer access but sometimes still need to use Property Tree like during inspections if I need to log an urgent maintenance request having to log into the website and go through the sign in process then navigate the website which is not laid out well for mobile use it slows the process substantially. Whereas if there was an app its a quicker process to use Property Tree out of the office.
If the inspections could be synced to calendars. We use outlook and the calendar associated with the email but even if it synced to phone calendars so that people within the same company could see which properties we were attending and when. For example our sales team do not have property tree access and often like to bring PM's to their appraisals for people who are unsure which way they'll go with their property so it would be beneficial if they could see when we were out and where so they can book around us. It would also mean we would be reminded of when inspections are scheduled instead of having to keep a log.
