Out of office reply for portal and comms platform messages
Would be helpful to have an out of office option for messages that are received out of hours. Especially when a tenant is requesting maintenance. We could then include emergency contact details to the email etc

When we are on leave, our clients need to know this. If I am on annual leave for 2 weeks getting emails each day to my communications that only I have access to, do the clients think I am slack for not getting back or simply ignoring them?

Yes as a manager it would be beneficial to be able to control other users out of office etc. -

Hi Ange, yes definitely want to be able to see who has an out of office on and the ability to add, update or remove the out of office. Also a yes to the tick box option to make the lists tidier.
You have mentioned that Portal Messages will be changing to emails do you mean will appear in Communications or external email inbox?

Create the ability to set up an auto reply to the email / communication tab.
For the use of after hours / holidays etc. This feature is available in Property me and its very good.For example:
Thank you for your email,
You have contacted us outside of office hours being Monday- Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Please expect a reply by COB the next working day.
If your matter is urgent please contact the office on (07)123456 and leave your name, number and details in relation to your call.
If you are a tenant and your matter is in relation to emergency maintenance please find below trades for your contact (please note this is for emergencies only)
Plumber - XXXXX - 1300 123 123
Smoke alarms - - 1300 234 567
Electrician - 01300 678 989
SES - 132500
Thank you and we will be in contact with you soon,

This is NEEDED before the christmas break! We should have an option to put out of office replies for any type of leave and for certain users.

Add an automated reply to emails for OUT OF OFFICE. This is needed so that tenants or landlords know that emails will not be seen immediately and can call instead etc.

I know that an out of office email has been suggested for after hours however what about if you are taking annual leave? As we all have our own log in, i wouldn't be happy with someone logging in as me just to check my emails.
Please find a solution to this as i will be on annual leave soon and would like this working, please. -

It would be good if we could set an out of office reply on our communications tab so our RRP and Renters know if we are away on leave, training and if reporting maintenance out of hours like outlook can do.
