Update Ownership GST during tenancy
Would like the ability to change the GST value against an Ownership profile mid tenancy. Having a Commercial Owner become GST Liable and having to add all new properties and tenants is very time consuming.

This situation is woeful and time consuming. If the respective ownership statuses are different, you have to manually create new Property and Tenancy profiles. Fees and rents also need calculation as required. Unfortunately another aspect in which PT is not commercial friendly.

The Ability to change GST or NO GST on an existing Owner / Property / Tenant needs to be implemented. You can not create the owner again to change / move the ownership of the property if the GST status is different.
