Additional Merge Fields

Would like more merge fields to be able to add to communication templates such as Key Numbers, Inspecting Agent, Inspection Day of the Week, Days Overdue, Strata details, Alarm Code, Bond Top Up (outstanding amount being difference between required and held)

    A field for the increased rent amount i.e. the difference in the rent for a rent increase. In Business Insights it has a field for this called "Last Rent Change Amount".

    In WA there is a mandatory field on a prescribed form (Form 10 - Rent Increase Notice) that asks for this to be filled and this means we are having to complete it manually each time. The form reads: "As from TenancyRentIncreaseDate your rent will be increased by $REQUESTED-MERGE-FIELD-HERE per week".

    Would be great to have this automated as you currently cannot use automated communications attaching a prescribed form with print letter templates.

    I feel all merge fields and data fields in PT should be available to be used as we see fit! being able to customise our own e-mails and letters is essential to how we choose to do business!

    It would be amazing to be able to see all merge/data fields and create our own custom e-mails and reports and be able to export from Business Insights also these additional data fields that are often overlooked! (Rest Professional you use to be able to export every field!)

    A merge field for overdue invoices and not just all outstanding invoices would be great for breaching tenants.

    The merge field for tenancy ID is "Recipient_ReferenceID".
    There is a need for a merge field for Outstanding Bond, Overdue Invoices opposed to Outstanding Invoices and Total Arrears for Commercial Tenants.

    Tenancy ID would great to be added for sending out what reference a tenant should use for paying rent in order to eliminate errors on receipting rent.

    Please add Tenancy ID as a merge field. It would be extremely helpful when sending welome emails to remind tenants to use their Tenancy ID as well as reminding them when sending arrears emails. It will help reduce the amount of manual receipting we are doing.

    As we have a team member conducting inspections and set up as inspecting agent it is a pain that we are unable to merge letters or emails to them as the inspecting agent. So all communication comes back to the Prop Mgr and has to be redirected . Surely it would be easy to add this merge field and solve the problem.

    Also Tenancy ID as this would be good for sending out what refrence to use for paying rent.
