  2. when a tenant lodges a maintenance request a email and sms is sent to lead property manager or can be set for out of hours contact so any issues lodged on weekends can be seen without logging into PT.

  4. We have a owner who does not want a certain creditor to do any more maintenance on her properties.
    Currently the only way is to pin a note to the property profile and hope the note is checked before creating the maintenance request. The information on the note is not access able once you are in the maintenance request screen
    We would love it to add or removing creditors to the owner or properties so the creditors not allowed don't even appear as an option when creating the request

  6. Client has requested that work orders be updated to include a issue date so that creditors have a clear record of what date they were given the job. And also, if this comes up at tribunal they will need to show when it was issued.

  8. Routine inspections should not be able to be closed in PT without first attaching the report.
    There should be a warning pop up telling you that you cannot close inspection until report is attached.
    This will help when staff leave that you know the reports are there and inspections have not just been closed without doing the inspections.
    Would also help in disputes/tribunals as evidence

    Note: Currently you can filter to just see "routine" inspections (excluding ingoings and outgoings), and the "in progress" Status, however this will exclude closed inspections from the report alongside cancelled. 

  10. It would be great to be able to update a Work Order status back to a Quote Request. (Scenario where a creditor was sent out to complete a repair for example, and a replacement was required, so a quote was submitted)

  11. Have a section to search only open work orders and quotes.
    When currently putting in dates, it caps off at 2000 because it shows all completed jobs.
    Maintenance Request Summary does show all jobs, but not the creditor.

  12. After a work order has been sent, the only options currently are "Re-send work order" and "download work order". It would be very helpful if there is an option for "send a request for job progress". This way we can conveniently follow up with the creditor.

  15. When bulk updating routine inspections it would be good to have a filter field of the date of when the property was last inspected.

    It would also be good to have a stoplight system when completing the report/sending to owner to show how frequently the property needs to be inspected due to various issues i.e. green - 9 months for good tenants, amber - 6 months for average tenants, red - 3 months for below average tenants or buildings that require a higher level of monitoring.

  16. Once a note is entered against a maintenance job it would be good if there could be an indication that there is a note in there such as the same where it lists the number of pictures against the same maintenance job

  17. When reporting on completed jobs have the date available for when the job complete tab was activiated in Property Tree, this will then give a timeline from job being created to being completed. This is important for those that use different system for invoicing the creditors etc.

  19. Would be efficient to be able to attach multiple trades to the one work order after the quote request stage rather than creating a new work order to each - for example, once you set the status to work order, and then find this creditor cannot complete the work, you have to cancel the job and add a new job with a new creditor. Would be much easier to be able to change the creditor and resend the current work order information.

  20. When you are doing work order, it would be really handy to be able to see if you have created a work order but not actually sent the work or quote order. At the moment it says it's open but you can't see until you go into each work order if it has been sent to not. we have had a couple of issues lately where they have not been sent and we think they have.
