  1. Need to be able to make it clear that the creditor will not attend or doesn't do job. Maybe be able to cancel this job and make note on top very clear to see and read when going into the maintenance area

  2. When issuing a work order for a tradesperson, we should be able to select a due date that they need to have this completed by. If they don't complete it by this due date, we can then filter through overdue work orders and follow up from there.

  4. Please could we have the ability to cancel and archive several work orders at once rather than having to click into them one at a time. We are in the stages of cleaning up our system and have multiple pages to archive and have only found we can do this one by one which is not an efficient method. Thankyou

  6. Adding routine inspections of a particular date to the map journey planner in property tree to plan your inspections. Or be able to see all your routine inspections in a list and be able to select them and have the map journey planner check the best route to see if I would like to book those inspections for those properties.

  7. Please create a log with dates, times and recipients for maintenance jobs.

    At the moment the only info that is provided is the date the job was created. Nothing to show if/when it was sent and if you resend the job as a reminder and confirmation it was received. We also do not get notified if the email fails to send to the intended recipient.

  9. It would be great to have another inspection type 'follow-up inspection' we can use for return inspections. The reason being, it would then be able to be scheduled without taking the next scheduled routine out of the system which unfortunately can result in an error putting it back in after the follow-up is complete. The follow up should be it's own separate type and schedule. That way it can be scheduled after a routine without affecting the next routine.

  10. Information trail on who updates inspection times and reminders.
    Example - agent moves all to an incorrect date and communications go out - we have no trail on who did this - unless user voluntarily admits to action.

  11. Creditor invoices that have been created via Maintenance Partner sometimes need to be cancelled for various reasons but cannot be cancelled within Property Tree. Some reasons why they need to be cancelled:

    • user error
    • incorrect duplicate maintenance jobs created which then have duplicate invoices
    • manually created creditor invoice and paid and now can't cancel the API created invoice
    • Creditor invoice paid outside of Property Tree

  12. Hi User Voice Supporters - We're after some feedback relating to pending updates for the Inspection Summary. Please see below and add any feedback into the comments.

    Filters would include
    Inspection Type, Status, Date, Property Type, and Assigned to; the Suburb filter would become 'Property' allowing for wider filtering capabilities - search for suburb or address.

  14. Need the ability to seek Approval from owner if the initial work order raised without the need for authority is cancelled. ie Strata advises the work order is outside their responsibility.

  15. Invoices from a creditor can NOT be processed unless linked to a Work Order.

    This would stop work orders against properties remaining open as invoices couldn't be processed unless linked to job and would ensure work orders are raised to get jobs done not just phone calls.

  16. It's possible to bulk edit inspections for each individual status, but not for the ones that have 'No Current Inspection' set.

    Having the bulk edit also for that status, would allow better efficiency in getting the inspections up to date.

  17. For there to be an option when setting up new managements to over ride the routine scheduling for the property so you aren't having to change it for every new tenancy. For example, some landlords prefer 3 or 4 a year and the automatic scheduling means you need to change it every time you put a new tenant in.
