Portfolio Details and Summary report to have the revenue match
The portfolio summary report does not reflect the same information in the portfolio details report. The summary report has a bunch of revenue lines that do not reflect that of the details report so it is impossible to reconcile them to one another.

Bank Details Upload Reminder before Payment Runs [Liquid Palace]
Is there a way that when we upload an invoice for a work order and the Bank Details of Supplier is not yet entered - Can there be a reminder or a pop up message that would appear please?
This is always an issue for us during END OF MONTH runs and we do not experience this with other apps though like Property Tree :)

Keep archived Property Manager's names listed on their old Diary posts when a new Property Manager takes over
Currently, when a property manager is archived and a new PM takes over, ALL the old PM's Diary entries are changed to reflect the new PM's name, including all the posts done before the new PM was even on the scene. Please fix this!!
The challenges this can create within a team not being able to accurately see who entered a given post are frustrating. Also, it has legal ramifications - ex. when we go to Tenancy Tribunal, and the posts outlining the interactions with a tenant are attributed to the wrong PM...

Property Inspection - toggle button permanently turned on
When typing up an inspection report you have to turn on the auto save toggle button each time. Can this be turned on permanently. This would save us losing data

"Email sent" indication on work orders
In Palace server, once an work order email was sent there was a "email sent" on the work order screen. In Liquid the only way to tell is to save the workorder, go back to the property screen (which doesn't always work, sometimes the back button takes you back into the workorder), then go into the diary to see if it has gone. There needs to be some sort of indication on the work order.

Have rent arrears show in red on home screen and reports
Can we change it so that when a tenant is in arrears it shows up red on the home screen and also on reports? Can we also make it clearer by putting DR beside it and when they are in credit put a CR beside it? It would make it easier for tenants to understand and for us to explain the report to them

Toggle for Mid Month Statements
We send out mid month statements. Can we please get a toggle in the set up so that we dont have to tick the box to send the statements every mid month.
If you are in a rush & forget to to select send statements, it takes AGES to manually send them all out. Plus it needs to be resent before the banking for the next day happens.

Allow more than 1 owner access the owner portal
A lot of our owner groups have multiple owners (ie husband and wife, Trust, etc). It would be useful to allow the owners to have a login per person. It would also be useful to know which email or emails are currently active on the owner portal. If the email field is changed for the owner, this does not change the login to the owner portal.

Can we default rent and invoice arrears list to CURRENT tenants ?
currently it defaults to ALL tenants including vacated. We hardly look at that vacated tenant arrears so it should default to current tenants and if we want to choose vacated we can select that manually. Thanks :)

Error pop up boxes to have some information
When something goes wrong, we get a pop up box saying error, but it gives no information, this must be frustration to the support team when we report it and it is frustrating to us. Can it have some information inside it please

Invoice Email with txt reminder
When an invoice email is sent to tenants via Palace, a corresponding reminder text message is also dispatched to their phones, prompting them to check their email. As there are ongoing complaints from tenants indicating that they are not receiving the initial invoice email.

Auto reply working 100% including @Gmail addresses
Currently the auto-reply button, once set, only replies to people that don't have a @gmail address. Can this be resolved please, so all addresses get their auto-reply?

Add property alarm codes to they key information
Add property alarm codes to they key information, so when checking out keys it prompts you the house has an alarm & has the code there. Rather than having to go through to the property diary

Insurance Details under property tab not owner
Currently in Palace there is only option to put in Insurnace details for the owner in a small space.
I request that we have an insurance tab under the property edit screen that allows us to add insurance details and/or multiple policies that there could be (a policy can be different for different properties under the same owner). Also be able to add documents - the certificate of insurance as well as the policy. The expiry date needs 2 options - a set date which sets a reminder in our dashboard a month before or we can run a report…
