Smoke Alarm Expiry as a merge field
There is currently no merge field in custom views to pull the smoke alarm expiry date. This would be super helpful when checking overall smoke alarm compliance

"Email sent" indication on work orders
In Palace server, once an work order email was sent there was a "email sent" on the work order screen. In Liquid the only way to tell is to save the workorder, go back to the property screen (which doesn't always work, sometimes the back button takes you back into the workorder), then go into the diary to see if it has gone. There needs to be some sort of indication on the work order.

suppliers websites
Would be good to have a suppliers 'website' field, so we can easily check out their website to see if they handle something we don't ordinarily get them to do.

Have rent arrears show in red on home screen and reports
Can we change it so that when a tenant is in arrears it shows up red on the home screen and also on reports? Can we also make it clearer by putting DR beside it and when they are in credit put a CR beside it? It would make it easier for tenants to understand and for us to explain the report to them

Tenants Invoices - Comments Section - Can only fit 255 Characters.
Sometimes if there is a lot of work to be done, especially in a final, there is a big description on the invoice to on charge, but I can only fit 255 Characters. This is a pain as I have to go through it manually and try and edit it so it says the same thing but not using as many characters. if we could have this field allowing more characters, this would make it a lot easier.

Option to send Mid month statements to owners with no funds/overdrawn
mid month statement should be sent to the owners even though they are overdrawn. And along with the invoices

Allow more than 1 owner access the owner portal
A lot of our owner groups have multiple owners (ie husband and wife, Trust, etc). It would be useful to allow the owners to have a login per person. It would also be useful to know which email or emails are currently active on the owner portal. If the email field is changed for the owner, this does not change the login to the owner portal.

Bulk Email from Landlord
It would be great if we could sent a bulk email to Landlords using information from tenants.
We would like to be able to send emails to Landlords with information such as the tenants paid to dates, lease expiry dates and at this stage we cannot do this.

Move things around in diaries - Ability to edit the Diary entry name
Would be great if you could move (drag) items around in the diary so they follow each other in a logical order eg if an owner accepts a quote via email and you activate the work order then drop everything else into the diary from outlook that related to that work you could shuffle them into the correct order

Please remove recent changes when logging an invoice
How can we remove the recent change that has an extra button you need to click when logging an invoice, and the email confirmation for each invoice which clogs up your inbox. Its a huge pain both of those, I liked it way better before.

Document Flow for Water Invoicing
When using Document Flow for Water Invoicing, we must remove the Owners name and address details on the Water Invoice and attach it to the Tenants invoice. Document Flow would be marvellous for Water Invoicing if we had the option to amend the document which is attached and resave to the document flow transaction prior to approving. At present, we have to amend the PDF before sending to Palace and then it will not match.
Please vote to be able to change the document which is attached and is ultimately sent to the Owner and tenant.

Add in more options in the "merge feildns" for invoice templates
When you go to email an owner or tenant an invoice it comes up with Dear, this looks unrprofesional and we need to be able to add merge feilds so we can add their names, to make it more personal.

Add / Edit Custom Views
Currently only 30 custom views and we require additional custom view tabs to record all electrical appliances per property, also date of purchase and warranty info plus water meter plus ICP plus we want to record all Rubbish & Recycle Bin Numbers per property.
There should not be a limit on custom views as this function should be a personal choice and custom made per user / owner on what information they want recorded. These fields are extremely important for owners to recognise when their appliances were installed etc and also for budgeting purposes for the next financial year. We…4 votes -

Portfolio Details and Summary report to have the revenue match
The portfolio summary report does not reflect the same information in the portfolio details report. The summary report has a bunch of revenue lines that do not reflect that of the details report so it is impossible to reconcile them to one another.

Auto find bank and branch from the account number.
Some (most!) supplier invoices (or owners, or tenants) don't have the bank name or branch listed. Can you set up Palace to auto collect this info based on bank account number using a site like https://www.paymentsnz.co.nz/resources/industry-registers/bank-branch-register/ ?

phone numbers in diary entry
Where you can write a phone conversation in the diary, to have a drop-down of the phone numbers of the tenants and owners already in the system.

'Lock' on work order
Is there anyway a 'lock' can be set so work orders can't be sent on properties where the LL requests all maintenance to be arranged by themselves
