  2. It would be great if there was a feature within Palace for setting up triggers so that an action occurs after a specific event? For example, when a tenant is added, a reminder is sent to a designated staff member to charge the letting fee and monthly recurring admin fee.

  3. Tenant Movement report - It would be great to swap out the letting fee amount to other amounts owing. This report is a good one to generate when we need to see which tenant needs to be archived, but currently, we cant see if there is an other amount owing on it. As we can no longer charge letting fees we don't need this to show on this report.

If a tenant calls, or we are trying to find which property manager the tenant belongs to, rather then search the tenant & then have to go to the property to see who the property manager is, if an extra column could be added naming the property manager, then we would have tenant, property & property manager visible on one screen

  6. Tenant statement - We would like to be able to send our tenants statements every 3 months, showing the rent received, rent status and any Invoices paid and/or overdue. A simple statement is all that is needed, all current reports show a bit to much information a snap shot of the three month period would be fantastic.

  7. In Palace server, once an work order email was sent there was a "email sent" on the work order screen. In Liquid the only way to tell is to save the workorder, go back to the property screen (which doesn't always work, sometimes the back button takes you back into the workorder), then go into the diary to see if it has gone. There needs to be some sort of indication on the work order.

  8. We send owners a remittance at mid month payout (and for other payments outside of EOM). Is it possible to add an option in the owner's financial or options tab to switch off the remittances. We have a few owners that don't want to receive remittances but the majority do want a remittance.

  10. Hiding transactions not only on owner statements but on tenant details and rent summary.
    If we can hide the reverse of a transaction on the same month, ie an error reversed and hidden, for an owner statement
    Can we please also have this not showing on rent summaries (I understand not on tenant details). It gets a pain to explain to tenants the error and to tribunal as well.

  11. Can there be a function added to Palace for read receipts for SMS messages just like there is for emails? With the new law changes coming for how notices etc are sent, this would be another way to prove that the notice or message was served.

  12. Currently only 30 custom views and we require additional custom view tabs to record all electrical appliances per property, also date of purchase and warranty info plus water meter plus ICP plus we want to record all Rubbish & Recycle Bin Numbers per property.

    There should not be a limit on custom views as this function should be a personal choice and custom made per user / owner on what information they want recorded. These fields are extremely important for owners to recognise when their appliances were installed etc and also for budgeting purposes for the next financial year. We…

  14. Run a report that shows all emails that have been sent and received into palace.
    It would be great if we could run the report between dates (similar to the tenant movement report). Would also be ideal if emails could be searched by title? Not all emails are grouped.
    I feel like this could be a great fail safe if emails were accidentally archived or allocated to the incorrect diary.

  15. When you go to email an owner or tenant an invoice it comes up with Dear, this looks unrprofesional and we need to be able to add merge feilds so we can add their names, to make it more personal.

  18. We monitor via Reminders against the Property on when the annual review date is due for all smoke alarms. Currently this is a long winded process, that we have to write down all properties that need their smoke alarms checked (we use the 1st of the month for all those alarms that need checking within that month). It would be great to have this per the Rent Reviews in the Dashboard, when it we can create a spreadsheet of all the smoke alarms to check.   19. Could you please add an Ingoing/Outgoing Inspection charge under the Commission/Fees section in the Property main menu, just below the Inspection Fee(routine)?

    We have separate charges for routine inspections and for ingoing/outgoing inspections, so it would be helpful to have them listed separately.
