  1. Once you have sent your email (merged mail) it would be great to have confirmation (maybe in the form of a banner across the top) stating you have sent your email and to stay there for longer than 10 seconds/or have an exit out button.

  2. Add the Option to add Statuses to the Master Inspection Template
    This will help streamline the first (Routine and Full) inspections at a property. Statuses can be added/edited once an inspection is in the property diary, however, this is laborious when creating inspections for the first time (or if the template is reset).

  3. When processing the EOFY statement, please set it up it comes from the property manager, the same way which the owner statement are generated.

  4. Tenant statement - We would like to be able to send our tenants statements every 3 months, showing the rent received, rent status and any Invoices paid and/or overdue. A simple statement is all that is needed, all current reports show a bit to much information a snap shot of the three month period would be fantastic.

  5. When we generate a Property Inspection report, we can put the initial list into alphabetical order, but when we generate the report, it starts in alphabetical order, but then goes rogue (with newly added properties).

    When we print the report, it would be great if the properties stayed in alphabetical order.

  6. The Palace inbox has an archive button within the inbox area, but none within an individual email. To archive and email after reading it, you need to click back, find the email, and then archive it.

    An archive button within each individual email would remove this back and forth.

  8. Be able to select multiple inspections (say all inspections from a certain day) and send them off in bulk to owners - rather than individually which is VERY time consuming

There are certain tenancies that need water bills sent to an alternate email address, or sent to an additional email address, however currently from document flow they can only be sent to the email address loaded against the head tenant. Eg. if all flatmates need to get the water bills, or if a different person/entity pays the water bill, from the contact email address in the head tenant. We would want the head tenant's email address to stay in there for all other correspondence, but need an option to send water bills to an alternate tenant email address.

  10. Similar to the Invoice Scanning system but with general documentation.

    I would see it working like this.

    You receive Important documents as supporting evidence OR a simple signed lease agreement.

    You would be able to scan it from your printer to documents@palace.co.nz

    It would arrive in Document Flow unmatched

    You would then have the appropriate drop down options for who emailed it and where it was to be allocated and group if required. (Attached)

  12. Alerts should pop up when you open the related screen, so it is an obvious alert.

    It is hard to remember to hover over the exclamation marks to the side, especially for important reminders/alerts

  14. There is currently no merge field in custom views to pull the smoke alarm expiry date. This would be super helpful when checking overall smoke alarm compliance

  15. Sometimes if there is a lot of work to be done, especially in a final, there is a big description on the invoice to on charge, but I can only fit 255 Characters. This is a pain as I have to go through it manually and try and edit it so it says the same thing but not using as many characters. if we could have this field allowing more characters, this would make it a lot easier.

  17. Would be great if we could archive (rather than delete) letter/ document templates that we are not using (but do not want to delete in case needed in future) to reduce number of 'current' letters we have saved under Document Templates

  18. Under custom views add the ability to seperate out "checked by" and "date". Therefore we can order the custom view, by what alarms are due for the annual check, and who checked it. IE, having the notify the owners who do it themselves for the DIY form. Also need to do this on custom views not reports so we can send bulk emails.

  19. It would be great if we could sent a bulk email to Landlords using information from tenants.

    We would like to be able to send emails to Landlords with information such as the tenants paid to dates, lease expiry dates and at this stage we cannot do this.
