Tenant Invoices - Ability to have multiple expense categories and ledgers
Within the Invoice Breakdown section of the Invoice Tenancy transaction, it would be beneficial to be able to add expense codes (possibly different, per line item) and ledger accounts (again, possibly different per line item). This will save time as we wont need to process multiple invoice tenancy transactions, for invoices that have multiple components to it.

TENANT INVOICING - SHOW BALANCE OWING OR IN CREDIT
It would be really helpful when invoicing a tenant if the balance of the "other amounts owing" showed on the invoice.
This would save time not having to send a separate email reminding them of outstanding amounts or showing any credit they might have. Often tenant round payments up so there is a small amount in credit which - if they could see this they could adjust their payment to clear it.1 vote -
Work Order / Invoice Expense
Can we change the Expense when entering a work order / invoice into Palace. Eg. our plumber is entered in as Plumbing Repairs, but if he installs a Hot Water System, then we need to change the Expense to Install Hot Water, but this can't be done until we go into the Transaction / History and change it there. There is no where to change it when doing the Work Order or entering the Invoice.

Include User Name who receipted funds on Trust Receipts
Include user name of person who receipted funds on Trust Receipts. We do not print receipts in general however it may be an issue for our auditor. At present if we were to generate a receipt from transaction history then we would have to print out and sign. If the user who processed the receipt was identified in the space for the signature that would be useful. Especially if you do proceed with the idea for generating and sending receipts after processing.

Increase or control minimum password length
Having minimum 8 characters and no multifactor/2factor is not secure enough for a platform that stores customer identity information such as passports and drivers licenses. We should be able to control the minimum password length for our organization.

When entering details for "Transaction Entry - Invoice Supplier" it would be better if the address is shown rather than just the Owner.
When entering invoice details for "Transaction Entry - Invoice Supplier" it would be better if the address is also shown rather than just the Owner. Surely the invoice is being lodged against a property, and some owners own several properties.

Autofill address details from street number and name
When entering a new address into Palace, Palace can look up a street name and postcode, but mysteriously leaves the suburb and city blank. Surely it can add these in automatically?

Bank account digits
Is there any way we can add more than 15 digits for bank accounts - We are having a few issues with accounts now having more digits and dropping one number is sending payments to wrong accounts.

Tenant Invoice charges -Option in Dashboard to NOT email to tenant
Is there anywhere we can tick/untick when processing a Supplier invoice via Dashboard- and we need to tenant charge- so that the tenant does NOT receive the tenant invoice via email (e.g they will be paying invoice from bond refund as discussed - however some tenants forget & pay us anyway when they get emailed the tenant invoice!) The option to untick 'email tenant' is available when we do Tenant charge via transactions screen but can't see this option when doing invoices via Dashboard.? Thanks !

Option to add PM when creating a new inspection on a new tenancy
When adding a new tenant, a pop-up box asks if you would like to create a new inspection. When you create the new inspection it is created under the name of the person who is logged in rather than the PM. It needs to have a dropdown option so you can select the PM at the time you are setting up the new inspection

A Report showing the Smoke Alarms information used between tenancies
When a tenancy vacates, smoke alarms are checked between tenancies. In Tenancy Agreements, (we use TPS), we need to enter in the smoke alarm locations/type of smoke alarm/expiry date/new or used and date of checking the alarms and who has checked them. Tenancy Agreements for incoming tenants are generally prepared well in advance of a tenant vacating and this information is never available until just prior to the tenant moving in. We manually type this information for each new tenancy, that forms part of their Tenancy Agreement. I would like to see a simple report that can be printed, similar…

2 options (Water trust and Deposit in trust) to allocate to tenants invoice when charging
Processing Invoices in Document Flow, when charging tenants, being able to choose 2 options to take the money from their trust. At the moment I can only choose one so have to manually assign to tenants invoice after it has been approved as we have Advance Water Trust and Deposit in Trust (if I remember - if I don't I have to clean the assignments up as I see them). Would be great if I could tick both and then I don't have to go back and assign manually.

Custom Views - show on report or do not show on report slider button
Currently when creating a custom report all columns show on the report - would be great to have a show on report slider to select which items should show - especially when it comes to filters i.e Archive Status, Property Status etc. These can be filtered out if using excel but not if using pdf

Option to delete an old bank account definition in the Bank Import/Bank Definition set up

It would be amazing if we were able to choose the properties that pull through on the available list or have the option to only pull through properties that are listed on trademe or has the 'publish entry online' box ticked.

Video Inspections - Email from Import Area
You can email a written report in Import Area, however you cannot email your video from this area. Can this be sorted. Thanks in anticipation. Lea
