  1. We are finding if needing to send a message through to owners with attachments or a body of text that can be edited (eg. rent review/lease renewal suggestion ad hoc message) which is specific to their property the email message includes our admin as the sender. I think it is really important to have something like this coming from the person managing their property rather than the staff with less experience displayed as the person sending the message, it would also create less confusion so when they reply it comes straight back to the property manager

  2. Ability to customise User Access to a specific Trust Account within the same PT database.
    For example, there is more than 1 trust account configured (e.g. multiple Rental Trusts, or separate Rental and Sales), however, users should only have access to the data of one/some Trusts within PT, but not all.

  4. It will be great if we can add fee for property receipt by percentage.

    We receive a lot of rental contributions from the property developer, these contributions are rent, and we need to charge fee the same way as receiving rent from tenant.

  6. Merge field for bond held amount

    There is no available merge field right now for bond held amount from “PT’s Property Management mail merge fields”. This is to be added to mail merge templates we use. Please get this added so the amount appears in the templates we use on a daily basis.

    Can bond held be also visible on the tenancy card overview alongside with rent weekly, paid to date, total arrears etc.?

    This really would be of great help on my end & really important to our contracts preparation. Thank you

  7. Dark background option, for users to be able to choose which one best suits them. For the users who suffer from migraines and the white background is too harsh to look at.

  8. A weekly generated email to the Property Managers, similar to that of the PT weekly agency overview would be great.

    Provide a view to each property manager and their portfolio on a Monday morning would be extremely beneficial in setting their week up for success.

  9. Remove "yearly" from rent calculator. Not accurate. PT support suggested flexible dates for annual rent calculation as the yearly figure is not accurate.

  10. Summaries a user's daily activity not just login date and time.

    It would be very useful for the administrators to monitor the user activity in Property Tree and assess the user's work efficiency using Property Tree and identify areas that users do not use often and need training on.

  11. Being able to have a portfolio check of all tasks for the day/week. A checklist that can be used/printed off that shows the daily arrears, vacates, expired leased etc.

  13. Currently when selecting profiles for bulk tags, you require to enter the profile ID number in the setup step. If you leave the field blank in this step, this will show all profiles relevant to previous filtering in the complete bulk update step. There is no way to remove the profiles from the complete bulk update screen. It would be great if there was a red x next to a profile where you can opt to remove it from the list. This would make bulk tagging so much easier without having to export a report to work out what reference…

  14. Profile Heading - add a profile heading like "Break Lease" in the property card so it is visible to see what property is for sale. It is then easier for other users to find when not their portfolio.

  15. While we can refine the search by Portfolio, we can’t search by Tags (unless we are updating Tags in bulk). It would be great to have Tags available on all Bulk Update options. This can for example be very helpful after a SORR into an existing database, and the client wants to update the newly imported profiles only, and not make any changes on the existing one.

  16. Currently, you can only disable the ability to view statements in general, not specifically disable user access to the Agency Statement. Like you can with the Agency Ledger. We need a separate user permission to separate the Agency Statement access.

  19. At the moment you can use the Fee Editor to Bulk Edit Fees, if there is no Fee amount or % applied already. However, you can't do that if there is already a Fee amount or % applied and there is an outstanding fee within the database.
    It would be helpful to be able to bulk edit any existing Fee amounts and % too, and also select either some Fees or all Fees.

  20. to be able to sort the list of who is being sent emails, to be able to then remove owners that have duplicates as they have individual profiles for multiple properties

    Even better to have it that property tree recognises that an email address is in the list multiple times and only send it once
