  1. A weekly generated email to the Property Managers, similar to that of the PT weekly agency overview would be great.

    Provide a view to each property manager and their portfolio on a Monday morning would be extremely beneficial in setting their week up for success.

  2. To be able to do merge letters in google docs as currently only set up for Microsoft. Not sure about others though we are moving completely over to goggle so will not have access to any Microsoft

  3. Please automatically place the cursor in the first box when asking for 2Factor authentication code. I know a minor issue however this repeatedly stumbles my flow when trying to login/authenticate. Thanks

  5. It will be great if we can add fee for property receipt by percentage.

    We receive a lot of rental contributions from the property developer, these contributions are rent, and we need to charge fee the same way as receiving rent from tenant.

  6. Remove "yearly" from rent calculator. Not accurate. PT support suggested flexible dates for annual rent calculation as the yearly figure is not accurate.

  7. Would be great to be able to add 'Tag' option to Fee editor, so that when adding or updating Fee/s you can select and bulk update by the relevant Tag.

    This would be especially helpful when importing a Rent Roll (were fees are not imported as part of the import process) so you can manually update Fees by selecting the new rent roll Tag and selecting to update all Properties that use this Tag.

  8. Being able to have a portfolio check of all tasks for the day/week. A checklist that can be used/printed off that shows the daily arrears, vacates, expired leased etc.

  9. Currently when selecting profiles for bulk tags, you require to enter the profile ID number in the setup step. If you leave the field blank in this step, this will show all profiles relevant to previous filtering in the complete bulk update step. There is no way to remove the profiles from the complete bulk update screen. It would be great if there was a red x next to a profile where you can opt to remove it from the list. This would make bulk tagging so much easier without having to export a report to work out what reference…

  10. Summaries a user's daily activity not just login date and time.

    It would be very useful for the administrators to monitor the user activity in Property Tree and assess the user's work efficiency using Property Tree and identify areas that users do not use often and need training on.

  11. Profile Heading - add a profile heading like "Break Lease" in the property card so it is visible to see what property is for sale. It is then easier for other users to find when not their portfolio.

  12. Currently, you can only disable the ability to view statements in general, not specifically disable user access to the Agency Statement. Like you can with the Agency Ledger. We need a separate user permission to separate the Agency Statement access.

  13. While we can refine the search by Portfolio, we can’t search by Tags (unless we are updating Tags in bulk). It would be great to have Tags available on all Bulk Update options. This can for example be very helpful after a SORR into an existing database, and the client wants to update the newly imported profiles only, and not make any changes on the existing one.

  15. to be able to sort the list of who is being sent emails, to be able to then remove owners that have duplicates as they have individual profiles for multiple properties

    Even better to have it that property tree recognises that an email address is in the list multiple times and only send it once

  17. Allowing access to specified users of any card profiles (or blocking users) albeit Owner, Property, Tenant. Where a card may be of sensitive information and/or nature and there is a request that it not be public to all users. This is in line with the Privacy Act and is a request which we need to be able to do.

  18. At the moment you can use the Fee Editor to Bulk Edit Fees, if there is no Fee amount or % applied already. However, you can't do that if there is already a Fee amount or % applied and there is an outstanding fee within the database.
    It would be helpful to be able to bulk edit any existing Fee amounts and % too, and also select either some Fees or all Fees.

  19. We would like to have a merge field available that allows us to record the year the property was built. We require this information to be able to track our portfolio and ascertain low medium and high risk for asbestos and lead contamination throughout our portfolio. This would be hugely helpful rather than have to record this information separately.

  20. It is ridiculous that every employee receives the big red alert on their login to alert them that the account is overdue. I just had an employee quit for fear that our business is going under, when we just needed to update our bank details! Only the account holder should receive the notification that the payment was unsuccessful and an option to re-run the payment
