  1. Property Tree could incorporate a user action logging system where every action taken by a user, such as inputting an invoice or canceling an invoice, is recorded with their username.

  2. move chat button from the bottom left side to the right side as it is very disturbing where it is currently and can not access the configuration icon

  6. Default font on Property Tree is too light and hard to read when all office lights are on. Office lights are usually white bright and within one hour it becomes a nighmare trying to read grey font. HELP please

  9. I'm all for the new multiple security measures you've put in place, but I'm NOT down with being automatically logged out after 59 minutes of being inactive. I hop in & out of Property Tree at various times throughout the day, and often I'm out for more than an hour at a time. I want to ONLY have to log in to Property Tree ONCE in the morning, and then not have to keep re-logging in. It's annoying and frustrating ! It should keep you logged in until say 6pm at night for example.

  10. Would be handy to have an activity log not only just for user activity to monitor work efficiency, but also on a property page to see all maintenance / inspections / communication at a quick glance rather than digging through different tabs.

  11. Level of authentication when updating different things in PT, should be configured by agency rather than a one rule for all accounts.
    Currently PM's have to authenticate when adding a new Owner to PT, some agencies do not want this & would like to have option to switch it on, or off

  12. When a invoice is processed, you cannot see which user has completed this or see a log.

    We have had a couple of instances where we needed to address certain situations around task management and accountability and due to know log, it has made it difficult.

  13. We manage boarding houses/student accomodation and often tenants change rooms when they extending etc. Would love to see a feature to allow room changes for existing tenants.

  14. We are finding if needing to send a message through to owners with attachments or a body of text that can be edited (eg. rent review/lease renewal suggestion ad hoc message) which is specific to their property the email message includes our admin as the sender. I think it is really important to have something like this coming from the person managing their property rather than the staff with less experience displayed as the person sending the message, it would also create less confusion so when they reply it comes straight back to the property manager

  15. Please add additional trigger options for inspection fees!

    Currently we either have to manually charge fees for each entry and exit inspection, or have the fee trigger set as 'inspection closed', which means every time we do a routine inspection and close it off it triggers 3 fees, the routine inspection fee, an entry inspection fee and a final inspection fee, which we then have to manually delete the two we don't need.... so either way, we're manually processing things!

    Please consider adding extra triggers for the entry and final reports so that all fees can automate appropriately?

  17. To be able to do merge letters in google docs as currently only set up for Microsoft. Not sure about others though we are moving completely over to goggle so will not have access to any Microsoft

  18. Please automatically place the cursor in the first box when asking for 2Factor authentication code. I know a minor issue however this repeatedly stumbles my flow when trying to login/authenticate. Thanks

  20. We use the communications platform for emails, which works for staff that are logged into Property Tree all day, however for users that don't access Property Tree regularly (ie, Directors), we want to be able to send an email(s) and know that if it's replied to that it will come back to our external email. We can currently only have this on or off for the whole company, but it needs to be available at a user level.
