Tasks tab to include 'date created'
Can we please have the 'date created' listed on each task showing on the task tab in the individual profiles, not just on the task management report. We need this feature to easily identify how long a task has been hanging around without having to resort to bringing up the full report each time. This feature was previously available in the notes tab.

Bulk Assignment of Tasks
This is a pain, I have 97 ‘open’ tasks that I have to transfer to two other team members, and the only way to do this is to open each one to see who the property manager is now following the re-distribution of properties between these two team members.

Adding a follow up date back to the notes section.
Since the tasks upgrade has happened we are finding we are having to double handle a lot of things. especially maintenance, to be able to follow up
when entering maintenance we used to just put a note in with a follow up date, now we have to create a maintenance request, a task and a note which is creating a lot more work and becomes confusing when having to redirect to different pages to update dates and notes.5 votes -
Ability to Delete a Note
It would be good to have the ability to delete a note on an owner or tenancy file. Currently if I accidentally create a note to the wrong file I can't delete it, only edit it to say note created in error

convert prospect - show bond field
When converting a prospect to a tenant you enter all the lease information however the bond field doesn't come up at that stage. Once the tenant is created you have to go to bond section and enter it then. Many times it is overlooked, so would be best to do it at the conversion stage.

3 strikes for tenant breaches
On the tenant card have 3 boxes that you can mark with an "X" for referencing the number of breaches, rent arrears, communication issues, accessing the premises, behaviour or other issues that you've had with that tenant. Once you click on the box it will enter an "X" and ask for the reason you are putting a mark next to their name.

Task Category reverting back to 'All' on Task Management screen, after selection made on Task Notifications column
When selecting a Task Category within the Task Notifications column, then client ‘View All’, the Category selection on the Task Management screen reverts back to ‘All’.
It would be great if the behaviour is consistent/the same as when selecting ‘View’ on a Dashboard, which is taking you to the selected report while keeping the filters as selected on the Dashboard.

Data Collection: The feature would first gather data from the latest water bills available for the tenant.
Average Daily Usage Calculation: It would then calculate the average daily water usage based on these bills.
Usage Forecasting: Using the average daily usage, the feature would forecast…

Task/workflow management
In Property Management there are core functions such as listings, applications, entries, reviews/renewals, vacates and maintenance that are the basis of managing a portfolio. Therefore, if we use these as a basis, it then comes back to how is this managed, what does a process look like and what is required within the core function. Essentially, this is being able to categorise a task, i.e., lease renewal and then work on this task with all necessary updates, correspondence and documentation contained within. The ‘Request’ below had the ability to further categorise (type and item), snooze to follow up, assign to…

Pop Up for Dashboard
Can you please create a function whereby we can add a random note to pin to the top of our dashboard in a red banner, like 'Close Period' reminder you give us. It would be invaluable for daily use. Thanks.
