  2. Currently have the issue of assigning key numbers just to find a key on the hook with the same number (obviously not correctly handed off when management was lost/sold OR someone has accidently removed it on PT). Would love to have a key number history/report to see what other properties had the same key number and when it was removed.

  3. We require additional fields when running Tenancy Rent Reviews report. We need property suburb and also the details ie no of beds, baths and car as per the information already in property tree. This is so we can conduct rent reviews from the report without the need to keep flipping backs and forwards to the property tab in property tree.

  4. To be able to generate a report of all bonds held by both PT and held by the bond authority. We need this to be able to easily cross reference with the Bond Authority report for audit purposes. This needs to be in PDF (for auditors) & excel (for reconciling) with totals at the end of the report. At the moment, we export to excel and add totals but this is not always sufficient for auditors to check the PT report against the bond authority report.
    The monthly report that is in Rest is great and perhaps could be used…

  5. It would be extremely beneficial to be able to filter not only by date range and accounting period but also by Ownership ID, Property ID and Tenancy ID. This would help in understanding key data changes but to also then aid training should a process not be being followed correctly.

  6. Have an easy way to remind tenants of invoices that are due (prior to becoming overdue), for example have a statement of outstanding items that can be sent without having the need to enter a new invoice

  7. Currently there is no field for PM in the reports within Trust & Reports.
    When managing a team, having this filter would be advantageous - both for business and staff KPIs

  8. Have the total arrears display on the receipt. On the receipt screen once entered it shows the arrears for rent, this should come through to the printed/emailed receipt. Same for invoices - it doesn't currently show the outstanding amount, only what has been paid (it doesn't even show what the original invoice amount was)

  9. To be able to filter what type of Invoices you require. e.g.: commissions, advertising etc.

    So you can see who has been sent an invoice and has paid or not and also reporting income expected.

    The report would be very helpful in cash flow control.

  10. A log is required for critical date changes. This includes lease, management and rent review dates. Extremely important especially if there is a PM with a beef and is leaving who loses the care factor. It makes people more accountable.

  11. Since changing to bricks and agent the property tree weekly agency overview does not pull through "open" jobs where the external jobs sit.
    Would be good if this section pulled through and also arrears be customisable to effective and it is currently showing period which is not taking into account all of the tenants that have paid additional rent to change their effective date.

  13. Add a 'Business Role' filter to anywhere there is a filter for Portfolio.

    Including Find Pages, Reporting and all Dashboards

    This will assist immensely when reporting or searching for anything by Portfolio to define the results by a specific Business' Role.

    As an example, currently in Find Profile > You cannot find a simple list of properties that are UNASSIGNED for the Business Role 'Property Manager'.

  14. Would like for PT to have a feature where it will flag or alert the Property Manager if a council or strata rate has not been paid when the owner has opted for this. Or, a report can be generated that will show properties where council/strata rates are to be paid by the agency.

  17. Option to have the property managers name in all reports, so that when they are exported or printed this is known. As it is only a filter, it's not apparent unless still on that screen in PropertyTree as to who the agent is

  19. Have just run the key register and it has properties that have been archived still in the list even though the key number has been removed.

    There is no reason for them to be on the list. It would be good if they could be removed or filter so they do not appear in report eg active properties

  20. Have a ledger for each property and not just for ownership. Difficult to find transactions on large owner portfolios when grouped on one ledger. Understand that we can search this report although not ideal and easy to miss.
