Bond increases for residential
When raising a report to view which tenants are in arrears with bond increases, and the rent increase is not due for a few mo0nths ahead, it does not show current arrears it only shows al leases renewals entered with all bonds that have been increased. I would prefer it only shows bond increases due as of todays date.

Agreed, a bond top up due date would be fantastic. Especially if it then only showed in the due charges for like 4 weeks before the due date rather than months, or in some cases a year, when you have future increases written into leases.
