Workflow Search Results – Add “Next Task Due Date” Column
On the Workflow Search Results view, where all open workflows can be viewed, it would be extremely helpful to have the option to add a “Next Task Due Date” column to the results.
The existing Workflow Due Date column is very useful, however, the overall workflow due date does not always provide an immediate indication of when the next action within that workflow is required.
Having the next task due date displayed as an optional column would allow users to see, at a glance, which workflows require attention next, without having to open each individual workflow to check the tasks within it.
This would make workflow management much more efficient, particularly when managing a large number of open workflows, and would provide a quick way to prioritise upcoming tasks.
Suggested functionality:
Allow users to select “Next Task Due Date” as an additional column in the Workflow Search Results view, alongside the existing Workflow Due Date column
