  1. Currently there is no way of downloading a PD file/ list with open maintenance requests by creditor. At the moment you can only copy/paste into your own word file or "print screen". Would be fantastic to have this option- would make it easier with open jobs to follow up on.

  2. When bulk updating routine inspections it would be good to have a filter field of the date of when the property was last inspected.

    It would also be good to have a stoplight system when completing the report/sending to owner to show how frequently the property needs to be inspected due to various issues i.e. green - 9 months for good tenants, amber - 6 months for average tenants, red - 3 months for below average tenants or buildings that require a higher level of monitoring.

  3. After a work order has been sent, the only options currently are "Re-send work order" and "download work order". It would be very helpful if there is an option for "send a request for job progress". This way we can conveniently follow up with the creditor.

  4. Need the ability to seek Approval from owner if the initial work order raised without the need for authority is cancelled. ie Strata advises the work order is outside their responsibility.

  6. Invoices from a creditor can NOT be processed unless linked to a Work Order.

    This would stop work orders against properties remaining open as invoices couldn't be processed unless linked to job and would ensure work orders are raised to get jobs done not just phone calls.

  7. The option to add breach inspections as a type of inspection for example; routine, breach, ingoing, outgoing. Allowing breach inspections to be uploaded and sent to owners through the system. Send automated reminder notice to tenant. Keeping them grouped with other inspections for the tenancy. Which would also be beneficial when going to court with the report function. Making this task easier and more efficient.

  9. Once a note is entered against a maintenance job it would be good if there could be an indication that there is a note in there such as the same where it lists the number of pictures against the same maintenance job

  12. When allocating a maintenance request to a contractor need to be able to specify urgency for the job. Priority 1 within 24 hours, Priority 2 within 48 hours, etc. This could be done by adding tags to the maintenance requests that we can select prior to allocating and issuing a work order.

  14. We need to generate a report showing all completed maintenance jobs, broken down by property and including the job details, creditor and invoice details. Sorted by owner or portfolio.

    When currently putting in dates, it caps off at 2000 because it shows all completed jobs.
    Maintenance Request Summary does show all jobs, but not the creditor.

  17. This will be a a significant time saver and reduction of ‘10’+ extra clicks along with the sync time delay.

    Currently having to complete in both inspection provider and PT.

    The ability if the Inspection API and PT speak would mean, ‘Finalised’ in inspection provider updates the inspection status in PT to ‘closed’ - saving PM's and teams non required clicks/time.

  18. When you are doing work order, it would be really handy to be able to see if you have created a work order but not actually sent the work or quote order. At the moment it says it's open but you can't see until you go into each work order if it has been sent to not. we have had a couple of issues lately where they have not been sent and we think they have.

  19. On the Inspection Summary report, add additional column options to show active Maintenance/Quote Requests.

    This would be useful for the Inspection Manager to know at time of inspection.
