Filtering of Scheduled Rent Change Notifications
With the new Scheduled Rent Change automated notifications it would be great if we are able to turn these notifications off for certain tenants.
As we have a large amount of tenants utilising Centrepay the $$ amount listed under their rent schedule in their tenancy profile differs to what is described on their lease. We need to account for the $0.99 charged by Centrelink and should the tenants get the automated communications /reminders for their upcoming rent schedule change this could cause a great deal of confusion for the tenants. Email Outbox so we can preview bulk or merged emails before sending
Having an outbox that hold emails for individual previous before sending. At the moment we cant see the emails unless we send and then find them again under the tenant or owner communications. When setting up mail merges I have found i have had to send errored merges out until i could get it perfect.

Property Tree Portal inbox when Property Manager is on leave
When a tenant puts in maintenance or correspondence through the portal, the notifications pops up in the Property managers inbox at the top right. If that person is away and no one is login into their profile then no one lese knows about it.
It would be great if we can put an out of office or something in so the notification goes to someone so important maintenance doesn't get missed.4 votes -
Ability to add an email signature not just a banner image
All email signatures currently are banners. This is very limited to having the entire content of an email signature within an image banner.
We need free text to create our own.

Add BCC to the communication platform so the "To" recipient will not review the others whereas necessary for internal reference and communication

Held Funds E-mailed Remittance
It would be great if an e-mailed remittance was generated & sent when refunding held funds rather than having to send a separate e-mail to advise the tenant or new Agent if we are transferring overpaid rent

Auto Communications - Time and days that communications are sent
Auto Communications - Time / Day Communications are Sent -
We are constantly receiving reports from tenants that auto-communications are being received after 6.00pm.
This is not reasonable.
The auto-communications should be RECEIVED during business hours.
We should also have the ability to select whether our office chooses to send auto-communications on weekends or public holidays.
This is an issue that Property Tree should be fixing now. It's certainly been discussed enough times.34 votes -
Mail merge - recipients with the same email addresses should get one email
The option when doing a mail merge for "Recipients with multiple matching properties should get one email" still results in owners receiving the same email multiple times. Can we have an option for "recipients with the same email address should get one email", that way if we have the owner loaded multiple times, they will only get one email.

Unread portal messages when opened by wrong team member
If someone accidentally opened another team members portal message it would be great to be able to unread this message so it still looks like it needs to be opened.

'Day Before' reminder for Rent Due
At the moment it's only for the days after, once the rent is overdue, but it would be ideal to have one for before the due date as well. For example; "Rent Due Tomorrow" with the description inside as "Friendly Reminder, your rent is due tomorrow, please make sure payment is made to avoid arrears on your ledger!"

Have arrears reminder sent to "accounts" contact instead of "tenant"
Being able to have the ability to send all invoices and reminders to the "accounts" contact and not the "tenant" contact. When the contact type "tenant" has unticked to auto send invoices, they do not get the invoices emailed to them. The contact that is ticked "Send auto invoice" gets the invoices but this contact does not get the reminders because their contact type is not "tenant" the "tenant" contact gets the reminder even though they didnt get the invoice.

SMS Templates - for Ad Hoc messages
We would like to be able to set up sms templates, for example when requesting funds for outstanding accounts from owners we will not email our bank details and will send details via text, having a template option will assist in getting information out quickly and efficiently.

Read receipts for portal messages
In portal messages i think a good idea would be to have read receipts for the businesses side so we can see if other collegues have already viewed the message so we dont double cross on messages that have already been seen too

Portal communications alert to be relevant to the property manager that is logged in
The envelope alert should only be shown when the message is relevant to the property manager/user that is logged in instead of showing alerts for any message that comes in to the whole company.

Would like more merge fields to be able to add to communication templates such as Key Numbers, Inspecting Agent, Inspection Day of the Week, Days Overdue, Strata details, Alarm Code, Bond Top Up (outstanding amount being difference between required and held)

Filter Communications by Portfolio
Currenting in the Communications you can filter assigned to me or company, we are a larger office with 5 portfolio's it would assist with being able to filter by portfolio. 1 to monitor each portfolio on how they are tracking with response. 2 if a staff member is off sick or on leave another team member can filter there communications and action accordingly.

Ability to forward or cc/bcc emails into Property Tree
It would be useful to be able to forward an email thread from your Outlook Inbox to the PT email address, OR reply to the email and cc or bcc in the PT email address, and from there select a profile to archive it against - as a new user to Communications most of our correspondence is still coming via Outlook so to be able to keep record of these in the owner or tenant profile would be great.
