  1. When opening and reading a email, you have the hyperlink for the name and address above the body of the email that you can click on.

    When you click on these hyperlinks it takes you to that page which is great but it is in the same window.

    It would be great to either be able to have that hyperlink automatically open a new window with the details or be able to right click and 'open new tab'.

    This way you can review the email and work on the details in another screen.

  2. MMS - Being able to have an image on an SMS blasts. I want to be able to send an SMS to clients with an image in the SMS, at the moment you can only put a link in.

I believe Property Tree should introduce a feature that automatically sends rent arrears emails to renters once rent is overdue beyond a nominated number of days (X), and continues sending reminders until the payment is received. We have been advised that reminders currently require manual configuration by entering specific days for each email to be sent, which is quite impractical and inefficient.

  4. Feedback:
    Currently, when a client uploads documents via email and sends them through our communications platform, we need to download each file individually. Each document opens in a new web page, and then we have to click “download” again to save it to the computer.
    As part of our annual tenancy reassessments, clients are required to submit multiple documents, which makes this process quite time-consuming and inefficient.

    Suggestion:
    It would be helpful to explore options for bulk downloading or a more streamlined process that reduces the number of steps required. This would save time and improve the overall experience for…

  7. Remove Revoked Users OR Read Only User from Communications Assignee List. This is making it very difficult to monitor emails when staff are away etc as alll users that have ever been entered into the system show in this list. It also shows us all of our read only agents etc. We cannot revoke access without reallocating any communications to the user anyway so would be great to have only active people show and maybe a revoked section if needed. OR at least have read only or revoked next to the users name and filter them to the bottom. We…

  8. The ability to set up a SMS and Email to be sent on the same day under automated communication for routine inspections,

    We have it set up 21 days before an email is sent based on a confirmed status but we want to also send a SMS using the automation at 21 days before based on a confirmed status.

    At the moment we cannot have 2 task be set on 21 days. This is silly.

  9. There should be BCC option when sending emails through communication. It is imperative as at times, "To" recipient will not review the others whereas necessary for internal reference and communication.

  11. When you exit communications if it could stay on that page where you are up to instead of refreshing Home, becoming frustrating when you have to open the communication to check if thats the email you are looking for.

  13. It would be great to be able to forward any email received in the communications tab not just the latest email as part of an email thread. This would enable you to forward previous correspondence that has attachments. Currently, any attachments previously received do not get forwarded as part of the email thread unless they are attached to the most recent email received.

When selecting 'Mail merge multiple' or 'email all' from the owner's screen, emergency contacts, accountants and other are all automatically included in the correspondence and it's a manual step to remove which can very easily be forgotten or missed. Can it be an option to add these contacts in instead of being automatic as a lot of information sent to Owners is sensitive?

  15. Is this something you will be improving? it seems to be a system flaw and not practical at all that messages to your communications area cannot be posted/dropped into other areas of the system. For example a request for maintenance . I should be able to drag the message into the job request area. Or tenant queries etc into Notes for the tenant

For example if I send an owner an email about their routine from PT and the response is received to my outlook emails, can I link the owners reply back to my email in PT so that way i can keep the same thread going amongst other things like lease renewal responses from tenants and owners etc.

  19. An enhancement to our auto communication templates for rent increases. It would be incredibly useful to include the Tenancy ID as a merge field in these templates.

    This addition would streamline our process, especially in cases where tenants are paying their bond top-up directly to us. Having the Tenancy ID clearly referenced helps ensure payments are correctly allocated and reduces the risk of confusion or mismanagement.

    We believe this small change could make a big difference in efficiency and accuracy.

  20. Being able to flag emails in communications that you may need to come back to but don't want to forget.
