Auto Comms: Owner notification of arrears
It would be great to be able to set up auto communications notifying owners - renter is XX days in arrears, these are the actions we are taking ect.

suggestion to improve Property Tree by not allowing multiple properties to be attached to one owner profile.
Having the option to not allow multiple properties to be attached the the one owner/s profile, keeping each property separate.
When receipting rent or entering owner invoices to only be attached to the relevant property, keeping each income/expenses separate, with individual statements.

SMS communications should be able to come from the property manager's phone number. Alternatively, you should be able to divert the allocated phone number's phone calls to your office phone. Currently, if a client receives a SMS, when they call the number it is disconnected.

Communications Platform: Reply Preview Option
It would be beneficial to enable full email content preview when replying within the Communications Platform, to use the entire screen space eliminating the need to scroll through the message . SMS message preview shows the whole screen but not email.

VIEWING COMMUNICATION THREAD FROM THE TENANY TAB
Currently, there is no view of email communication from the Tenancy tab when the communication has been a "forward" email made from 'Communication'
Therefore, when viewing communications to the tenant from the tenancy tab, you can't see there has been follow up emails to the tenant made from communication.

merge field for tenancy ID - mail merge templates
Currently there is no option to add a merge field for "tenancy ID" to mail merge templates.
We require this to alert all tenants to a new payment method, PayID.

An option to set more than one primary recipient.
One property has two owners who have strongly requested they both receive all email communications. Currently we can only select one primary recipient in PT (which suits 99% of our owners) so we are relying on memory to do this manually. This is far from ideal.
It would be ideal to select all the recipients who want to receive email correspondence.

remove archived tenants from drop down when making an email
If I'm send the owner an email for eg a rent increase remove the old tenant from the drop down menu. If they are archived why do I need to email them?

When entering a vacate date in the system, pre-populate the vacate information into merge emails to the owner and landlord.

Vacate email should contain information such as confirmation of vacate date, rent owing, preferred cleaners/gardeners etc.
Other platforms have this functionality, and it should prompt the user in a pop-up when entering the vacate date on if they would like to send the vacate information email to the tenants and owners.

communication Inbox - open profile on new webpage
When opening and reading a email, you have the hyperlink for the name and address above the body of the email that you can click on.
When you click on these hyperlinks it takes you to that page which is great but it is in the same window.
It would be great to either be able to have that hyperlink automatically open a new window with the details or be able to right click and 'open new tab'.
This way you can review the email and work on the details in another screen.

Automated Rent Arrears Emails Based on Overdue Days
I believe Property Tree should introduce a feature that automatically sends rent arrears emails to renters once rent is overdue beyond a nominated number of days (X), and continues sending reminders until the payment is received. We have been advised that reminders currently require manual configuration by entering specific days for each email to be sent, which is quite impractical and inefficient.

Bulk Download Documents In Communication Platform

Currently, when a client uploads documents via email and sends them through our communications platform, we need to download each file individually. Each document opens in a new web page, and then we have to click “download” again to save it to the computer.
As part of our annual tenancy reassessments, clients are required to submit multiple documents, which makes this process quite time-consuming and inefficient.Suggestion:

Remove Revoked Users OR Read Only User from Communications Assignee List
Remove Revoked Users OR Read Only User from Communications Assignee List. This is making it very difficult to monitor emails when staff are away etc as alll users that have ever been entered into the system show in this list. It also shows us all of our read only agents etc. We cannot revoke access without reallocating any communications to the user anyway so would be great to have only active people show and maybe a revoked section if needed. Automated Routine SMS
The ability to set up a SMS and Email to be sent on the same day under automated communication for routine inspections,
We have it set up 21 days before an email is sent based on a confirmed status but we want to also send a SMS using the automation at 21 days before based on a confirmed status.
At the moment we cannot have 2 task be set on 21 days. This is silly.
